cunty weightloss is 75% diet 25% exercise in my view. Exercise is helpful but you can do it without. It takes me an hour of really going at it in the gym to burn 400-500 cals. That's a Mars bar. Or a large flapjack. It's "easier" not to eat it in the first place than work it off. I calorie counted on the run up to my wedding. A deficit of 3500 cals per week (500 per day) will see you lose a pound a week. You can safely double that (if you have the willpower). I am quite evangelical since discovering online calorie counting (can you tell?). How many weeks to the wedding? You could lose twice that many pounds if you really go for it...

Sunny couldn't escape work yesterday either so I'm off later to fetch it from the PO.

Some of you may be able to help me out here. I ovved on day 18, which was 3 or 4 days later than normal because of illness I think. I deffo had 3 bars and a egg two days running. Now I am on day 23 and it's STILL asking me to piss on sticks! I am going to go broke at this rate! I have had one bar since day 20. Why would this be? Is it because you do them in batches of 10 or 20 and nothing in between? Is the thing not working? Am I not working?

how many cycles of using it are you? It might still be learning, but yes, to avoid bankruptcy I only POASd as I got closer to Ov day - especially with a 50 day cycle you can't afford to pee for all that time!
