That's pretty full on. I've replied with how I tend to deal with it on the thread you started about this. All of my friends outside work know we are trying so they ask how things are going but in a very sensitive way (the benefit of being a barren old hag is that I am not the first of my friends to struggle to conceive).

What a nosy biatch, you shouldn't have to tell anyone anything if you don't want to! Don't be angry though just don't reply.
