The first rule of the BESH fight club is that you don't talk about how easy it was to get updiffed.
The second rule is that you don't talk about the BESH fight club.

There you go. We have a destroyed spa to fight in - we just weren't relaxed enough.

Bring it on bitches.

It can be as wonderful or as shit as your attitude allows it to be.

I'm no catwalk model but I didn't get a single stretchmark and my vagina is in 'as good as new state'. I sometimes want to beat my boyfriend with a frying pan, but we get through it - just accept tiredness will make you say the most wicked things. I still have my freedom to ride my horse or go out. We even go for meals out (audience gasp). The only thing we can't do is go to the cinema like a couple. We even went skiing when he was 6 months.

Or you can be a martyr. There are many parenting paths.

Ok I have been looking everywhere and can't find it .... What does BESH stand for ??Confused

AlpinePony · 11/07/2011 18:31

Thanks. (Twirls) you can't even get a knitting needle up my cervix!

You don't need to toss your job away either. You don't need to take 12 months maternity then leave and spend 4 years adding aroma to play-doh. I went back to work when he was 16 weeks and I bloody love it! :)

Make your own rules. (Additions for Nike ad)

AlpinePony · 11/07/2011 18:33

Shav did you try looking at the thread last week entitled what does Besh stand for?

MadameBoo · 11/07/2011 18:42

I'm also 'honeymoon fresh' Alps but I can't say the same for the stretchmarks although I don't give a toss about them anyway.

Glad you've got some perspective on it all Bugger, it's good to have the luxury of a little time. I don't unfortunately, I've given myself until 40 so that's another 13 months and then I'm giving up.

Feeling better Rie?

Sunny - she was quoting Wol in Winnie the Pooh. :o

Bugger I really really really don't mean to be rude, and I am trying very hard to put this as nicely as possible - but I'll say this to you just once - anyone who says to a BESH 'stop trying and it will happen' will get bashed in the head with a brick. It is the one phrase that fucks us all off more than anything else (if the rest permit me to speak on their behalf behalves? for them).

And this thread is the place I come to hide from all that, and complain about about people who say that stuff to me. So please, lovely, never again eh?

I gotta say, Bugger (having just caught up on the fred), that you really never know how long it will take you to conceive.

Me and my missis have been trying for 4 years now and we thought we had all the time in the world, and that it would be really easy for us. We were wrong.

Also, some of us are in that 'desperate' state that you speak of and don't have time on our sides. You are in the BESH room.

Just sayin'. Smile.

MadameBoo · 11/07/2011 20:31

S'ok Blush

I'm tired, grumpy and probably still suffering the after effects of all the rosé. We'll say no more about it. But we could just fight it out in the ring just for the hell of it? :o
