I started another bus! I can't believe we got full so soon :o

From the last thread:
"He has said - 'no gym, no sex' - that'll do it!"

:o

OMG I love your DH, he sounds hilarious :)

other ladies may have had other experiences but i think the difference is whether it is a digital or a 'line' test. I was told by a doctor that digital are more sensitive, they are expensive though... I think first response was the one I used!

hope this helps

blushingm · 24/03/2011 09:35

thanks rew - might pop out in my lunch break!!!

and yes it's driving me bonkers - it's all i can think of!!!!!

Nell799 · 24/03/2011 09:47

I might go and get a digital one too ! Convinced mine is an evaporation line now , and imagining dizziness .

Iggly · 24/03/2011 09:48

blushing are the boots ones the early ones I.e more sensitive. Also I read re the cheapies, sometimes you can see a mark if you look at the test side on instead of straight down iyswim. How are your cycles normally?

Iggly · 24/03/2011 09:50

I'd get a cheap superdrug test - can test early and I got a faint line (but enough for DH to see it too) with one after a line on a cheapie.

blushingm · 24/03/2011 10:26

iggly - i've binned it now!!! But i have just nipped out and got a first response - i'm scared to do it now incase i am really disappointed

maybebabyR · 24/03/2011 10:26

Welcome nebies!

Keeping FX for nell and blush

Keep us posted Smile

MollyDefoe · 24/03/2011 10:29

Nell oooh, exciting :)

blushing really good luck!

Having a bit of a meh day so far. Hope you don't mind me quickly letting off steam. My grandmother had a stroke last night, and is very confused and ill, poor thing. So I'm worried about her. And I had dreams about BFPs all night, so I did an early test this morning and BFN - although I did kind-of expect it to be! (TBH I'm not really sure when I ov'd this month - was due to on CD16, but I'm temping and FF reckons CD20 - and I'm not sure DP and I engaged in enough SWI to make the most of a later ov date. But if I did ov on CD20, then that would put me at 8DPO today, so way too early to test anyway.)

I'm just a bit stressed, because I'm on a 3-year contract at work, and to qualify for mat leave, I'd need to have a due date before July 2012. It still leaves quite a bit of time, but I think it probably isn't good for me to have that time pressure. I think I need to try to forget about it, really...

Sorry for the rant!

Iggly · 24/03/2011 10:33

Good luck blushing - make sure you use concentrated wee!

Molly, sorry to hear about your grandmother :(

LB1982 · 24/03/2011 10:34

[waits anxiously for Blushing's result]

..................

MickyLee · 24/03/2011 10:48

Molly So sorry to hear your bad news :( Hope she makes a good recovery. How old is she?

We are two hours ahead here and I'm still not dressed. waiting for DS to go down for his nap so I can have a shower. Plus DD didn't go to nursery today so they are both working at tipping the place up room to room... neverming does time my mind off 2ww

spidookly · 24/03/2011 11:55

blushing - how late are you now?

If I were you I would drop a wee sample into my GP and ask them to test it for me.

It really must be driving you crazy.

Nell - test again tomorrow morning, with first wee and a decent test you can trust and then hopefully you'll get a clearer line. If not, then maybe wait a bit before testing again.

BlueCrane · 24/03/2011 12:52

blushing if you implanted late then it could be taking a while for the hcg levels to multiply sufficiently for them to register. As others have said it's probably worth getting a digi test of some sort and ensuring max strength urine first thing tomorrow! Keep us posted! Smile

nell good luck for the morning!!

We seem to be having something of a rush of passengers leaving the bus with bfp's Grin means there's lee people for the naughty crowd at the back to through cake at though so watch out if you're near the front!!

Now...any news from thinking this morning? How are you feeling today? And did I miss news from sassy ...was that on the last thread? What about karbea , donkir and googie ?? Any more news from iknow ? Be good to get the stats updated if AF's have arrived... Blush sorry if I've missed news and it's good or bad?!?!

BlueCrane · 24/03/2011 12:53

oops d'oh!!

spidookly · 24/03/2011 12:55

AF arrived for Sassy too, she should be moving down the back, but haven't seen her for a bit.

Sassy - you there to move yourself down with the rests of the cool kids? :o

She might be sitting around aching and feeling a bit sorry for herself. I know that's what I'm doing :)

weimy · 24/03/2011 13:12

molly don't panic there is plenty of time :) and hope your gran feels better soon

Welcome to the newbies!!! Grin

Af still not hit the red stage hopefully by tonight or I fear you will have to kick me off the bus?

MickyLee · 24/03/2011 13:25

Just realised that if AF comes then I will be kicked off the bus for the January one. ıf I go then I want to go with a BFP at least!!!!

Is there a January bus yet? Must check just in case.

spidookly · 24/03/2011 14:02

Is AF definitely coming?

I shouldn't ask. When I had my brown goo, I knew well what was coming. I think sometimes you just know :(

Hi everyone, I didn't get chance to check in yesterday and now there's a whole new thread! This must be the fastest moving bus ever!

Nell as others have said 'a line is a line' - congrats!

blushing good luck!

Well I've just got back from visiting my lovely friend and her gorgeous new baby girl. Soooo pleased for her but must admit to being a bit Envy - I think my broodiness has gone through the roof! I'm currently on CD4, waiting for af to hurry up and sod off so we can get on with swi!

I can see from the stats there's about to be loads of frantic testing in the next few days so good luck everyone! Smile

blushingm · 24/03/2011 14:26

i couldn't resist and i did a first response - nothing. I think i'm just clutching at straws now. All these BFN can't be wriong can they???

i do feel sick today and still no sign of AF. Goodness knows what's going on

MickyLee · 24/03/2011 14:28

:( blush do you normally have irregular periods?

maybebabyR · 24/03/2011 14:29

It could still be too early for the HCG levels to have risen blushing

I remember reading on another thread that it can take 5-6 weeks sometimes for levels to be high enough Hmm
