I started another bus! I can't believe we got full so soon :o

From the last thread:
"He has said - 'no gym, no sex' - that'll do it!"

:o

OMG I love your DH, he sounds hilarious :)

Blue these things sometimes turn out quite nicely. When I was pregnant with DS we agreed not to tell anyone other than close family until I was 12 weeks. At 8 weeks my best friend announced she was 12 weeks so I confessed!

It would be lovely if you did conceive within the next 2-3 months. Do you know how far along she is?

MickyLee · 26/03/2011 13:09

Thinking So sorry to hear your news.. must be a very hard thing to deal with. But Thank god you had a check up and found out. keep in touch with us.

Well AF came to visit today so that's me on the next bus. Not too bothered as this was only cycle 1 and now I know my cycle length etc for next month. Will start reading my temp for the next cycle so I have an idea where I am up too. I am going to go PRO! Grin

orangehead · 26/03/2011 13:15

Oh thinking, Im so sorry cant imagine how you must be feeling. Agree you must remind yourself at least you know now can get yourself sorted and healthy before trying again, but understand that this is not quite so simple as your situation a bit different. Even though it is another obstacle, you can overcome it like the others. Also agree it would be nice if you stay on the bus, you would be very welcome too but we will all understand if you dont feel like it. Hope all goes well with op and I will be thinking of you

sevendwarves · 26/03/2011 14:34

Sorry AF got you Micky, good luck on the Jan bus though.

I think we need more cake after the last couple of days.

MollyDefoe · 26/03/2011 15:17

"pregnancy symptom" of the last few days: I normally have inverted nipples, and they've been "out" for the last 5 or 6 days (TMI?). Anyone else had this? Although I'm really not holding out any pg hope for this cycle...

orangehead · 26/03/2011 15:26

Sorry about af micky, fx for Jan bus.
Oh yes even we def need cakes Smile

BlueCrane · 26/03/2011 15:41

Hi seven not sure how far along my cousin is...we don't see much of each other though she really doesn't live that far away so we ought to really...my Dad's side of the family are useless at communication so I'm guessing she could be anywhere from 10-16 weeks really! Must drop a reply and find out!

...thanks for the cakes by the way...Smile though I probably shouldn't indulge after all the yummy food at our party last night!

micky sorry about AF but as you say it will help to know cycles and know your body seems to be settling back to normal!

Just checking the stats it's going to be another busy week next week! Here's hoping for some more christmas gift wrapped BFP's! Grin

spidookly · 26/03/2011 15:44

Surely Micky will be still on this bus? I thought this was the last day for a 2011 baby?

WaitingforStork · 26/03/2011 16:02

Afternoon everyone [looks for cake]

Thinking, I'm really sorry to hear your news and hope it all works out for you.

Day 22 here, last months cycle was 26 days so getting close to finding out one way or another.

Symptoms so far, sore boobs, had them since Tuesday. Not just tingly nipples but almost like a bruising pain down the sides. Also little bumps on my nipples since Thursday (haven't felt the urge to squeeze them unlike some other bus passengers!). Been really tired and lightheaded today but could be coming down with something as DH has had a cold the last couple of days. ALso mild cramps since Thursday.

I've only been off the pill for once complete cycle so far so I only have one cycle to go on but this does feel a bit different. Last month I only had tingly boobs for 2 days before AF (got my hopes up as didn't have them at all on the pill) also didn't have any cramping beforehand.

Trying not to get hopes up so far, only second month of trying and there coulod be a long way to go. But it would be so exciting to think that I could be pregnant on mother's day!

sevendwarves · 26/03/2011 16:32

Welcome back Micky

Any news from donkir?

Well my Internet cheapies didn't arrive today so they should be here on Monday, which will still be 8 days before AF is due, but 9dpo. At least it's stopped me doing any stupidly early testing, unlike testing 8dpo last month Blush

MickyLee · 26/03/2011 16:46

Thank you Seven :)

cookiemonster100 · 26/03/2011 17:38

I chramba...there has been loads going on. Congrats to all the BFP's!!

Tanif - I had abnormal smears for awhile (which meant we could not TTC until the all clear). I feel your pain! Hope it gets resolved soon. The good news they picked it up and there is something that can be done about it.

Seven - I know TTc for 7 cycles is not that long, however we have not been on contraception for 2 years, only been actively trying for 7 months. Additionally 2 years ago I was told I had several cysts on both my ovaries, however the docs did not seem so concerned. I am going back to get some clarity and advice. I am half expecting them to turn me away and come back later on. I am under 35.

CD4 for me, so tonight I can drink to my hearts content without feeling guilty!!

sevendwarves · 26/03/2011 17:47

cookie I didn't realise that, in that case I agree that you should go to your GP and get things checked out. FWIW it took 2 years of (non-actively) ttc before I conceived DS, so it doesnt necessarily mean there's anything wrong.

weimy · 26/03/2011 18:28

Sorry Youremind :(

thinking I'm so sorry the pack all send big hugs xxxx

Went with my niece who is 2.5 and sister to see 'The Gruffalo's Child' by the Tall stories company at the theatre today. Was fab, she was mesmerised by it all and made the actors laugh at the end because just at a quiet moment she shouted 'again, again!!!'.

orangehead · 26/03/2011 19:46

Glad you can stay Micky

Thinking11 · 27/03/2011 00:01

Why are older family members so bloody insensitive?!

I put on my best frock, had my hair done, put on my slap to mask how im feeling and off I went to a family party. Ten minutes in, infront of everyone my bloody aunty asks me "when are we going to see you married and starting a family, its about time, where all waiting", cheers! at least i managed to stop most of the tears when noone was watching.

Why don't people engage their fucking brains before speaking.

MollyDefoe · 27/03/2011 00:08

Oh, Thinking, I'm so sorry. What a hurtful and insensitive comment. I'm really sorry: it must have been so hard to keep yourself together. ((hugs))

spidookly · 27/03/2011 07:38

Thinking some people can be such idiots. What a stupid thing to say :(

goingmadtrying · 27/03/2011 08:34

Good morning ladies I have been lurking in the back ground since falling of the nov bus, was trying not to stress too much about ttc:)

sorry to everyone who has had bad news this month it hasn't been the best of rides for you on this bus, :( and big fat well done to those who have had a bfp Grin

well my story so far ttc #3 cycle 4 cd 26 ucl 28/29 I've done 3 tests in past week all bfn, no real symptoms other than nosebleeds and this morning feeling light headed and nauseous, don't feel particularily pregnant and going to wait until Tuesday to test again.......HOPEFULLY

BlueCrane · 27/03/2011 08:55

thinking I'm so sorry...that must've just been hideous! Well done for keeping it together though can't imagine how much it hurt inside...was v brave of you to go considering the week you've had!

Nothing more to report here...was hoping for some EWCM if my Ov predictions were correct in being due any day now, but not a drop of CM let alone EWCM for the last few days Confused no idea when my 2ww will start Hmm

sevendwarves · 27/03/2011 09:02

Sorry thinking, it's always the older generation isn't it? My grandad actually told me on my 18th birthday what a stupid girl I was for "wasting my life" by wanting to move in with my then-boyfriend (now my DH). I'm always skeptical when my mum says he'd have been proud of DS. Hmm

rew108 · 27/03/2011 10:57

thinkingits none of thier buisiness is it! so sorry to hear that!

Been having boob twinges and slight waves of nausea for a few days, also constipation (sorry tmi). I think my nipple area has darkened andaround the arola is browner, but I don't know if i am overanalysing and this is left from DS!! Still reallyy hungry and feel sick if i dont eat every 2 hours! Might just be comfort eating tho!

I remeber when we had SWI when I think i was ovulating it felt like my cervix was very low as he was er.... hitting it more than usual (argh tmi i know!). Is this a good thing?

When do you guys think I should test? I think AF is due on 31st and I may have ovulated 17 to 19th March.

75sarah · 27/03/2011 11:01

rew - I think I ov'd on 17th so I am testing on Wednesday. Haven't had any symptoms other than being v tired and achy legs - but that could be down to anything! Don't think I'm preg this time so want to do the test so I can concentrate on next cycle. This last 2 days on 2ww were the worse for me by far last time.
