Hi all seems to have been a few days of big ups and downs from what I can see. So sorry I'm on my mobile so can't read/comment on everything properly but will check in properly at weekend.

it has been a very wierd cycle for me. I started bleeding again first thing.. then stopped again, then just started again, not the norm at all. But think the nasty bitch is here now. Not that i'm bitter!

Hi all, sorry ive been away a while but Ive had some bad news and it looks like you wont be seeing me on another bus anytime soon.

I went for an ultrasound for a prenatel check up and they have found a large (8cm) dermeroid cyst on my left ovary. I need to see a specialist and have the cyst and probably the ovary removed. I have been told to stop TTC as pregnancy could cause the cyst to rapidly grow, leading to a risky opp whilst pregnant.

I can't believe im saying this but I really hope im not pregnant this month!

I cant believe this has happened. Its taken me years to decide to try for a baby, despite being single, using donor sperm and now I hit another hurdle!

Im pretty low at the moment and just want my appointment to hurry up and come.

Oh Thinking, you poor thing I know this probably won't help at all but at least you know about it now and can be treated. Did they give you any indication of when the specialist will be able to see you?

They were surprised that due to size i wasn't in pain, but now it is really hurting, i dont know if its because i know about it or because she gave it a really good poke when i had the internal scan.

Im so pissed off and I have spent all day today crying.

No news here really, my boobs still seem bigger (might just be wishful thinking), I'm spotty and my back hurts. Hopefully my Internet cheapies will be here soon, I nearly went mad and wasted a FR today by having a stupid early urge to POAS. The only thing that stopped me was my wee being really pale so I knew there was no point

The Brown Goo(tm) has arrived for me today, so chances are I'm out for this month and indeed 2011. On to cycle 8 post MMC. Not feeling particularly good about the whole situation today.

Morning all...just trying to catch up on the bus...aka rollercoater that the last 48 hours have been for some!

Firstly huge congrats to popsy nell and iknow

But so so sorry to hear news from thinking and tanif thinking of you guys and really hope you get good advice from docs and get everything sorted quickly! I guess the only good thing for both of you is that the probs have been picked up and can now get dealt with before they get worse.

Feeling very weary this morning after a bit of a party at our house last night and a (late for me) night - 2am but then waking around 8am so am very zzzz and just sad on the sofa in my pjs! Still trying to keep up the SWI every other day though this week not been quite as successful as only managed sun, wed, fri but if my calcs are correct then I should be oving on/around Monday so the next few days could be key! This cycle has felt as though it's lasted forever!!! And then just when the exciting bit starts I'm going to be away from next sat for a week with no MN access...and the speed this bus goes there'll be a lot to catch up on when I get back!! I am a little concerned though that if I do Ov in the next few days then my luteal phase is pretty short based on recent cycle lengths! I'm CD23 today of UCL 35-37 so luteal woul only be around 10 days - is that enough?

Morning Bluecrane - from what I understand, your luteal phase doesn't really change very much. But the follicular phase does change. So if you ov'd late, then your luteal phase should still be around the same length as usual, and you'll just have a longer cycle than usual. So no need to worry!

Ah! Thanks molly that might explain why my cycle keeps getting longer...30 days then 35 then 37!! mmm...now that does add a little confusion for this month as I did have some EWCM early on in the cycle but guess I'll just have to wait and see...just means I might use a few more internet cheapies as I'm really not too sure when AF really going to be due but likely some time from next saturday
