Does anyone think it would be worth testing tomorrow if temp is still up? Probably too early? It's getting harder to resist the pull of my elicit stash of pee sticks...

Pippaandpolly · 17/01/2011 22:47

Auntie - that it not bitchy, that's entirely normal. TTC seems to send us all a bit mad, I can barely look at a pregnant woman without my stomach hurting. You'll get through this soon.

ravenlocks · 18/01/2011 07:12

Hi all. V quick post as running late for work.

13DPO, temp still up - although another sleep deprived night. Tested and BFN. Did 2 types, the flimsy internet cheapies that cone with OPKs and a first response. Both BFN. Fished FR out the bin after 10-15mins (I know, I know!!) and evaporation line. So AF will either arrive today or I am actually 11DPO only and she will arrive in 2 day.

[Sad]

spilttheteaagain · 18/01/2011 07:39

Pippa my experience of testing at 11dpo was that the line was somewhere between not there and a trick of the light. Since I knew my LP is 10 days I was already late by then and temps were high so I was fairly certain, but if I hadn't had that knowledge too the almost imaginary line would have driven me quite daft. 13dpo and it was a lot clearer. Obviously it's up to you, but just thought I'd share my experience. Good luck either way!

Iwish · 18/01/2011 08:03

auntied Its awful isn't it having pg friends and family and still trying yourself. I have a few pg friends and I get quite jealous. You don't sound like a bitch at all x

pippa I don't think it's too early, lots of people from out from 10dpo onwards but I suppose then again people can't find out till 14dpo.

Raven sorry about your bfn. I hope the witch doesn't arrive.

Question for you all - is it normal to get lines on an opk 2 days after FF thinks you have OV'd?

franjam · 18/01/2011 08:13

Morning all - I'm out Angry

Temp has now dropped to the coverline and AF is imminent - cramps are worse and I now have backache. Think I might head to the canteen for a big fat chocolate muffin - sod the diet Smile

Fingers crossed for the rest of you!!! I'll keep watching for more BFPs!!

Smile
Pippaandpolly · 18/01/2011 08:15

Oh my God I have a BFP!

Pippaandpolly · 18/01/2011 08:17

Franjam-I didn't read your message, that wasn't meant to be so insensitive. Sorry :(

TerrysNo2 · 18/01/2011 08:17

Congrats Pippa Grin

Iwish · 18/01/2011 08:23

Congrats pippa that's fab news x

TerrysNo2 · 18/01/2011 08:23

Franjam sorry your temp dropped, enjoy that muffin and have a large glass of wine tonight.

AuntD I don't think you are out at all yet. Is this your first month of charting? Just wondering what your other months were like (if you have them) as can't see them on FF.

Iwish +OPK means about to OV or PG! Hope that useful tidbit helps but assume not! Smile

Raven not everyone gets BFP's at 13dpo so don't give up yet. FX for you.

So what do you think of my chart? Temps are going up but seem to be lower overall than previous months. Anyone know if this means anything? Or had a similar experience?

TerrysNo2 · 18/01/2011 08:24

Bloody links! Here

franjam · 18/01/2011 08:31

Pippa don't worry, although I am of course gutted, I just have to pick myself and the BBT up and carry on Smile

And CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! GrinGrin

franjam · 18/01/2011 08:32

Pippa - if anything it's a bit spooky that I said I'd be watching for BFPs and then there was yours!!!!!

AuntieDoris · 18/01/2011 08:33

Congrats Pippa - that's brilliant news!

Yes this is my first month charting. I have to admit I find it quite fascinating!

Nor sure what I am going to do next cycle though as we are going to Hong Kong for a week and not sure whether temping will be practical. What does everyone think?

Thanks for the support. AF has not yet arrived but I can hear her arriving :(

Iwish · 18/01/2011 08:48

terrys I would love if i was pg but it was only 1-2 days after OV. Also I didn't get any lines before FF thinks I ov'd on cd14.
Don't even know if I can stop SWI yet in case I really havnt ov'd yet!!
I wouldn't think it means anything that your temps are lower, mine are a bit higher than last cycle which I thought was a bit wierd lol.

franjam watch for more bfps please, I want one! Lol :)

Karbea · 18/01/2011 08:49

Congrats Pippa!

My chart is still pretty dull...

OH is away from Thurs til Sunday so i'm not expecting great things this month...

ravenlocks · 18/01/2011 09:07

Congrats pippa and sorry franjam and AuntieD. Do eat cake and drink wine, it will make you feel better...

Chart is looking good Terrys!

I am in BFN/ no AF limbo and am now madly thinking - was that evap line an evap line, or was it a teeny weeny positive?? Heck, someone slap me!

Incidently anyone know anything about evap lines on FR??

GetDownYouWillFall · 18/01/2011 09:10

Congrats to pippa!!

I have nervously created a special Charter's Anonymous Antenatal Thread on the antenatal section.

Anyone fancy joining me??

jaggythistle · 18/01/2011 09:56

Congratulations Pippa :)

Sorry AF got there franjam and AuntieD.

Untie D I suppose you could just temp when you wake up and see what you get? Even if it is a different time than usual.

jaggythistle · 18/01/2011 09:57

oops forgot to Grin

TerrysNo2 · 18/01/2011 10:13

raven evap lines have no colour/grey. So if its pink I would hotfoot out and get a CB digi for the morning

AuntieDoris · 18/01/2011 10:34

My sisters's having a girl :(

Fucking typical!

Iwish · 18/01/2011 10:55

Oh AuntieD ((hugs))

Aaaargh I'm at work and I can't stop thinking about babies, when/if I have ov'd!! This is slowly turning into an obsession, I'm only on month 6!!

AuntieDoris · 18/01/2011 11:30

I can't stop crying, which is both a bad thing and embarrassing at work!!!
