At least it's almost New Year, new start

Aaargh temp didn't shoot up this morning!! After Fridays opk having 2 lines I thought I would have OV'd yesterday which is what happened last cycle. No idea what's going on so think I may just have to believe FF that I ov'd on cd10 and that this month I'm out!

Well I am on 11DPO but still no symptoms and my chart isn't really telling me anything yet. My temp pattern this whole cycle hasn't been typical which I think is thanks to Xmas/ New Year, being off work, then back at work to lots of deadlines and stress etc therefore no sleeping well. This morning was another one when I woke up at 3am and then at 6am - took my temp at 6am for my chart. I am still not sure whether I am actually only 9DPO and FF got my ov date wrong. Time will tell I know. Getting really fed up with this and just want to fall pregnant now, please!

iwish was going to have a peek at your chart, but couldn't see it. Can you re-post it?

AuntieD you are very much still in I think, in a lot of ways they say early pg symptoms are like PMT so hopefully that it waht it is for you.

Tory I take 300mg tablets of EPO once a day (pre-ov) have no idea if that is in anyway enough (self medicating with no advice from medical profession me!), this is my second month taking it and I haven't noticed much of a difference in EWCM. but heard it could take a while to work. getdown did though, GD what was your daily dose?

franjam boo to that temp slump. Do you have any other signs?

Well I am possibly 3dpo so just into the 2ww.

FF says that my temps are irregular though and given that I never get 3hrs uninterupted sleep ever I wonder how this is going to effect charting?

Had an awful session at gundog training with the pup (9 months tho so she should know better), so I probably could do with a bit longer before I get pg I don't want an untrained dog and a big bump or baby. I also probably need to learn how to be a lot more patient :(

I there weimy. I think some of the other ladies on here have a similar sleep pattern to yourself but still go about charting quite happily so I'm sure it will be ok. I often wake up 3 or 4 times a night.
Hopefully the pup will get easier in the coming months so when you have a nice little bump it'll be ok or it will be your DPs turn lol.

Well FF has just changed OV to cd14, still before I got lines on my opk (which I have classed as negative as they weren't as dark as control). Hope i OV today then as the line is vertually non existent today.

franjam you're still way above the coverline so still in the game.

ochaye looks like we are in for the 2ww together, will be nice to keep each other company for this one and be interesting to see what happens.

FF thinks I OVed on CD20 but I think it was CD21, I only had 1.5 hours sleep before my temp so it was quite high and the dotted line is above the coverline BUT I got a +ve OPK on CD20 and cervix was at its openest on CD21 so I am sure its then, not sure why FF hasn't picked that up.

What do you think?

Hi Terrys - I'm not much good at the charting thing yet (or in fact the ov thing). So will it make a difference if FF thinks you ov'd at a different time to when you did?

I had a huge temp hike this am but
FF hasn't given me cross hairs yet, I think because we had my work dinner last night so I temped late this morning and after drinking last night. My temperature was consequently much higher, but for all the wrong reasons. It'll be interesting to see what it is tomorrow though!

AuntieD - I agree with the others. Don't rule anything out yet. Whenever I've had a bfp I've been convinced af was on her way because I get exactly the same symptoms.

weimy - there are always reasons to not be pregnant. It keeps me sane .

Terrys - are you as terrible at the 2ww as me?

I don't think it makes a huge difference really except if its CD21 then my conception chances are "good" rather than "high" (as it would be for CD20. After SWI-ing since CD8 DH and I couldn't be bothered again on CD22!

ochaye I am usually a terrible 2ww-er but this time I am pretending its not happening as I am certain its not going to happen, it just doesn't feel right. I am interested as to when AF shows up because I understand MC cycles can be 7 weeks, so that could be another 25 days yet!

ochaye FF won't give you crosshairs until 3 days of high temps, so you have another 2 to go!

Ocheye i wont get any more lines now on opk, got a barely visible line on Thursday, Friday it was pretty dark but lighter than control, yesterday it was very light and today it was barely there again which made me think OV yesterday. Maybe i will OV today, hope so as me and DP are getting a bit tired of SWI lol. Fingers crossed you get your crosshairs in a couple of days.

Terrys I thought cd20 like FF but im still a bit rubbish at the charting malarkey lol. Playing tennis?? Please tell me you are inside :)

Hello everyone - got a few minutes free so thought I'd pop in! Have had DP's kids this weekend so haven't had much chance to get on today.
Well I was pretty down this morning when my temp dived - so much so that I took myself back to bed to pull myself together (ie had a little cry). I'm still convinced AF will be here tomorrow but we shall see...

Ravenlocks - the only symptoms I have are the ones I've had all week except slightly more crampy today....I'm still no clearer!

Terrys - am I still really in the game?! With that much of a drop I didn't think I'd still be in?

My BBT and I have fallen out. I am not even going to enter a temp today. After getting to sleep abt 11pm, I woke up at 1am and then 3am. Took temp at 3am as alarm was set for 4am. Was v low - defo BFN type low. I dosed between 3am and 4am and took it again at 4am and it was high... (0.35 degrees C higher) as in if that was my true BBT it would have been a promising temp.

I am and so tired!

Gutted again as temp has dropped a little bit more but no sign of AF as yet....

raven - I had the same last night, I seemed to be waking every hour or couple of hours so I don't know if my temp is a true reading. FF has given it a hollow circle as I took it about 45 mins earlier than normal cos I was just getting annoyed. I think I just kept waking up as it was on my mind!

Still got sore boobs which I think is unusual for the day of AF and had a few cramps this morning but nothing now.....god this is getting ridiculous!!!!

Does anyone have any good news to share as this is apparently the most depressing day of the year?!

Morning all. Just a quick post as I'm at work but I wondered if you could take a look at my chart. Do you agree with FF that I ov'd on cd14 or could it have been yesterday? I started getting darker lines on opks on cd15 which disappeared yesterday. We didn't SWI last night as DP was too tired so feel like we have failed somehow :(.

Iwish by temps, it does look like CD14, but you swi-ed the day before so you the swimmers will be up there ready and waiting. Don't feel like you've failed, you really haven't.

Right, temp/cervix/cm are all playing silly buggers with me. This weekend have had a high open cervix and ewcm. Thought it if was really ovulation and CD12 didn't happen then I would get a temp hike today. OR if it was the oestrogen surge I get just before AF then I would have AF today. But no, temp has neither risen or fallen by any substantial amount. So the waiting game continues.

Am I 8dpo or ovulating today?

Surely the cervix wouldn't open with an oestrogen surge if I was pg, so I can rule that out.

I looked at your chart this morn digi while I was stalking and it did confuse me a little. Maybe you could OV today, SWI just in case lol!

i just feel like each month it's getting harder and DP hasn't got a v high sex drive so sometimes it's a chore just getting him in the mood . I just feel like we havnt done enough and actually would give up if I didn't want to be a mum so bad. Sorry it's a really big rant but I feel quite down. :(

Iwish yes, we're swi-ing anyway, to cover all bases. DH has been given instructions that we're to keep going till I say so.
I'm sorry your DH is making it feel like hard work. I think a lot of us have been there. It really helps to talk about it, as bottling it up can be worse. Perhaps there are some mood-enhancing supplements he can take? Or maybe he's overstressed with work and needs to rearrange his workload?

Glad I'm not the only one who's confused by my chart. I keep trying to imagine what it would look like without the crosshairs. But I'm pretty sure all will reveal itself over the next few days. By the end of the cycle I'll be able to figure out what happened. Either I've got dodgy luteal phase or my hormones are fluctuating weirdly in my follicular phase. Haven't had much cramping today.
