Sorry to hear your stories wombat and izzy but thanks for sharing and here's hoping we have good stories to share soon....I guess it's only a matter of time, it's just the waiting that is so frustrating.

Izzy - I know what you mean about feeling like you've "wasted" a month. That's kind of how I feel. Will chat to dh about it. Think today is the last day to dtd if I do want to though and may not mind so much if I am not pg this cycle as could consider it a "bonus" cycle anyway?!

I haven't been around here that long but a bit overwhelmed at the amount of people pushing through and onwards after having a miscarriage. I've had two this year and the last one really knocked me down, but I am back and ready to get TTC again, hoping that 2011 is going to be my lucky year.

Izzy Couldn't quite make out if you were more pissed off with embarrassment of waiting room throw up or that the sick hit your handbag!! lol! Poor DD!

Hello Jules and Mamafoof I am very sorry for your losses, I hope you get all the support you need on here, these ladies have certainly kept me afloat over the last 5 months. I am also "watiting to TTC" after discovering that my mc was caused by Ashermans Syndrome, I have been operated on now, and am finishing up treatment with HRT, should be ready to go at it again in Jan.

mamafoof I found reading this helped clear things up about when to start TTC

I would also bear in mind that the "just for dates" reason could potentially hit you hard if you do become pregnant before AF and then get strange news from your first scan, lots of ladies on here have been through it and it does cause extra worry if you are told your baby looks "small for dates" - there is a loophole though, start temping and using OPK's!

All the Americans on the AS site go to R.E.'s (reproductive endocrinologists) as apparently gynecologists are too low down the food chain. I think my best bet is to scour the hospitals and look for someone with a) a specialist interest in this type of thing b) someone willing to learn from me

I have already asked on the AS site and it seems I am a lone pioneer AS patient in Costa Rica. Hopefully though if I can educate just one doctor then some other women will benefit from my experience. Lets see.

I am trying to conceive DC3 Had a mmc at 9+4 weeks and then an ERPC. We started again straight away but I echo what others said that the physical side seems to sort itself out faster than the emotional and a wait isn't the worst thing

wombo DS seems a lot brighter tonight, I left him for the night last night with his daddy when i was awol and he wasnt very well but DH took ARs advice and got some chamomile radox and cream which they have been doing dot to dot with and so he is a little less fractious!

mamachristo feeling ok thanks! still relatively symptom free except boobs, CM and shattered (from no sleep and hard work) but no nausea or anything.... cant remember when kicked in during last 2....but strong pos line again today.

Work is very busy only 2 more weeks til go live date and then i am hoping it will ease off a bit!

Izz re the useless sacks of flesh... thats mine now. mamfoof re the BF/Conception/MC I conceived last pg 4 months after stopping bf and who knows whether your hormones are right, my guess not! Then again Dsis conceived whilst and hers was fine, so two sides to every story!
