For those who have just mc'd, there is great info about your first cycle here

If you want to add yourself into the stats, just copy and paste the lot, change everyones CD (cycle day) if necessary and add yourself in.
WTF = first cycle after mc
WTTC = waiting to TTC
CD = cycle day
UCL = usual cycle length

Right. Nix, you clearly need lessons:

1. Wake up
2. Fumble around for thermometer
3. Turn on and wait for it to go to whatever it is that signals it's ready
4. Place in mouth under tongue.
5. Hold in place with head back on pillow, eyes closed, wishing you were still asleep.
6. Do not remove until beep is heard. Yes it seems like forever. Practice breathing through your nose or plan what you're going to put on.

Wait...not yet....has it beeped yet? Ok you can take it out now.

1. Open one eye squint at temperature, record on phone or trust therm to remember until you can chart it.
2. Roll over and get 5 more minutes before getting up to pee/drink a pint/defrost feet.

I am currently sitting in the same waiting room where I've been seen for all my mc scans.
I'm waiting for my follow-up with consultant to talk about clotting stuff and see whether any other results come through.
I can't help looking around and wondering who is going to go through what I have. Horrible place but I feel strangely detached.

oh my dear Dach's, I'm so sorry. Don't give up hope yet, I think you said you and dh had thought you'd give it 3 shots initially so there is still hope. Big hugs x

Nix this is exactly why I gave up temping too much faffing around, but if you are going to do it you need to keep it right by your pillow so there is minimal movement that can cause a temp shift and keep your mouth shut until it bleeps!! Given you are technically dead lack of movement and keeping your mouth shut should be a doddle!

One week after ERPC and I am now getting negative PG tests so I am back on board.

I've reset my Clear Blue Monitor, got the pre-seed and the ovulation sticks at the ready, about to re-embark on healthy healthy health food diet, and all raring to go!!!

ladybee hope your appt goes ok and you get some answers/help as to best way to move forward. And I really love to think my chart was heading ever-upwards butam slightly worried that I over-cosied myself by sleeping in woolly socks, thus getting misleading temps! Will have to see what tomorrow brings...

Still ok here I think lots of hideous multicoloured discharge going on. Keep thinking I must be pouring with blood down there but when I get there its just tons of grossness of every colour !
Still feel queasy and boobs are def still hurting. I dont want to say it outloud but my abdomon feels different and I woke up quite uncomfy this morning so who knows ??
Am swinging between being terrified that I still might be pg at the moment as a weekend at home with the girls made me all emotional and " omg what am I doing " ifykwim ?
Plus we are scrimping for cash at the moment as money seems to have gone really tight this month ? Agghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh My mind is in overdrive.

I now need to go and ask my boss for monday afternoon off as I have my repeat scan at 2pm. Dont want to tell her though what its for as I still havent told a soul. Not sure what to say ??

inbetweener I am an advocate of the truth, really. I think it may be of benefit in the long run, either way. If you don't fancy that, then "doctor appt for gynaecological problems" usually deflects any awkward questions.

Due date was yesterday, and i really didn't get a minute to dwell, as was so busy with the party. Thanks rudolph for thinking about me. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be really.

My chart is freaking me out. On day 17 and my temps are very low, no sign of ewcm, and my salivary test says not even a little bit fertile yet. I am freaking out about it, a little. I have had no real swi as I know i'm not fertile according to the saliva. It's bizarre.

Hi baubles glad your due date wasn't too traumatic, sometimes the thought of something is worse than the thing itself iykwim. I know dsis was absolutely devastated at her 1st mc, bit said when the due date came round it kind of passed her by...

Hope your temps start to go up soon, what's your usual ov day? Post your chart so we can all have a nosey and give you some feedback

DH has been so fabulous, he rolled over in bed this morning, gave me a big hug and told me he knew how much I wanted a baby and he did too and we'd give it our best shot yet this month. Brought a tear to my eye!

Hello you - glad you're up for starting again but please don't feel you need to be all hearty mchearty for our sakes. We'll be here to prop you up when you need propping as well.

Consultant appointment went quite well. Still got some test results outstanding, so he said he'll chase those up and write with the results. I also bravely spoke up about treating the Factor V Leiden thing, a bit of debate and we have struck a deal. I get pregnant and call him, we'll have an early scan to confirm the pg is in the right place and then start on Clexane injections and aspirin.
So. Step one is get pregnant.

fwiw I came clean with my boss about everything, she's not one you cross but was very supportive refused to let me back to work until my next scan which totally shocked me, having seen her reaction to other pregnancys.

And thanks for the encouragement. I'm really feeling much better these last couple of days. We have a landlord inspection happening tomorrow, so we've been frantically cleaning (and hiring a carpet cleaner - great fun) which always chears me up it's like you clean all the metaphorical 'clutter' too.

I'm back in Surrey, much warmer than Kent, but still not anywhere near my preferred temps! 4 more days till I am back in the sunshine [ grin]
