A safe haven for those just off the mc rollercoaster and thinking about getting back on or are already on the TTC rollercoaster. Be warned these lovely ladies chat, and the thread moves lightening fast, but all are welcome to join in any time Smile

For those who have just mc'd, there is great info about your first cycle here

If you want to add yourself into the stats, just copy and paste the lot, change everyones CD (cycle day) if necessary and add yourself in.
WTF = first cycle after mc
WTTC = waiting to TTC
CD = cycle day
UCL = usual cycle length

PinkFondantFancy · 10/11/2010 21:13

inbetweener sorry for being Confused - don't mean to make you feel bad!!!! Am feeling like it's never gonna happen but I think it's the day 30 hormones and I shouldn't have made it sound like I was taking it out on you. Really really sorry Blush Have got everything crossed that this one says nice and sticky for you xx

mummya thanks for shiny new thread, lovely intro too! I reckon go ahead and take the MIA names off the list, I agree it's easy to put people back on if they object

kat sounds like good advice to me - I too did the digital test thing and found it v. reassuring to see the weeks go down.

dachs be warned I love and hate angry birds in equal measures!!! It is soooooo addictive but soooooo frustrating all at once!!

Right, off to bed, I will be better behaved tomorrow I promise......

nickstermum · 10/11/2010 21:15

Knee high boots of course huh owls?

DachshundsRule · 10/11/2010 21:16

jolls sorry to see you go! If you are leaving, good luck with TTC. Hope you don't need the services of the thread again.

nickstermum · 10/11/2010 21:17

kat2504 · 10/11/2010 21:18

jollster sorry to see you go. we will miss you here. Wish you all the best with your test results and hope that the "shop" window still has another opening for you in the future. Even if you don't want to be a regular, I'm sure we'd all love to hear any occasional updates from you about your tests.
fingers firmly crossed for you - all the very best of luck x

MummyAbroad · 10/11/2010 21:21

appleblossoms · 10/11/2010 21:25

Oh dachs you definitely deserve one for a birthday present!! Will look out excitedly in a couple of weeks time.

AandRMum · 10/11/2010 21:40

Think I am trying to eat myself pregnant! I haaaaaaatttte the 2ww - A radio4 programme today (am sadly addicted) was talking about coping with worry and one of the suggestions was to set aside a time of day to have a concentrated worry session where you just let yourself obsess and then at all other times you just say to yourself to wait until next worry session - I don't think I could achieve that!!

DachshundsRule · 10/11/2010 21:42

you could if it was a 23 hour worry session?

MummyAbroad · 10/11/2010 21:44

jollster - sorry to see you go. I am sure I will bump into you in other corners of MN though, so its probably only bye for now. Take care. xxx

love the wallpaper nix makes the place look much biggerGrin So when are we putting up Christmas decorations?

hello delurkedDach birthday BFP would be well deserved. Crossing fingers for you. Smile

DachshundsRule · 10/11/2010 21:48

Thanks apple and mummya

Given that there a bundle of November birthdays, can we wait until after the birthdays to put up the xmas decorations?

We have a rule at work that people can't talk about Christmas until after the November birthdays (there are 4 of us in the team - the boss is 26 Oct, the rest of us are 22 Nov, 26 Nov and 29 Nov - and most of us are left handed - odd huh!)

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 10/11/2010 21:49

Just a quickie as watching Apprentice - how about we delete current MIA (subject to agreement from t'other thread) and move Lottie and Cheepz to MIA? Don't feel comfortable deleting either as they've been here awhile and I think they post on other threads. Also Loola?

Got to go, they're arguing in the boardroom but there's my two penn'orth

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 10/11/2010 21:52

jolls sorry, lovely, just picked up on your post. Sorry you're going but like others have said, it's never a closed door. In the nicest possible way, I hope you get your bfp and never need to come back, but we're here whenever you need us, any time, whether you post regularly or add to the stats or not. Big hugs to you sweetie xx

getawiggleon · 10/11/2010 21:55

Ooh, here you all are! This looks like it might be a good time to delurk and jump back on board. I love a shiny new thread (especially one with champagne :))

sunchild77 · 10/11/2010 21:55

Hi you chatty things :) Just quickly popping in to say CONGRATULATIONS to Inbetweener Hope you have a very happy and healthy 9 months and beyond..

Who is next Wink ?

DachshundsRule · 10/11/2010 22:01

Does anyone realise that we've only had the new thread for less than 2.5 hours and we've already done nearly two pages? - if we carry on at this rate I'll be needing to set up a new thread myself before my embryo transfer, and you know what they say about the people who set up the threads! Talk ladies, talk!

DachshundsRule · 10/11/2010 22:03

welcome back from lurking wiggle

thanks for the extra champers! :)

good luck for the 2ww

AandRMum · 10/11/2010 22:03

Grin loved the dpo google comment wiggle - me never!!

We have recently moved from N London to Richmond! Do it do it .... I was a real North London girl (well as much as an Aussie can be) but we love it down here sooo much.

wiggle how light is light? I used to have 3 day periods - pretty much gone after day 1 - pre children but have gone the other way now.

AandRMum · 10/11/2010 22:04

Dachs I could definitely manage a 23 hour worry session!

DachshundsRule · 10/11/2010 22:06

Moved out of London a few years ago but was thinking of moving back... to Richmond or Kingston or somewhere around there!

Velvetcu · 10/11/2010 22:07

Dachs I'm a leftie too! Maybe its a November thing?

mousebacon · 10/11/2010 22:12

Ooohh!! New thread! Yay

Smile Smile Smile

getawiggleon · 10/11/2010 22:12

Thanks, Dachs good luck for your embryo transfer too!

AandR Richmond is lovely, I lived there for three years when I first moved to London, met DH there in fact! (we were housemates!)

Periods were v heavy post dd but since mc it's been 1 day of moderate bleeding then a day of light then pretty much spotting for one to two days Confused
