A safe haven for those just off the mc rollercoaster and thinking about getting back on or are already on the TTC rollercoaster. Be warned these lovely ladies chat, and the thread moves lightening fast, but all are welcome to join in any time Smile

For those who have just mc'd, there is great info about your first cycle here

If you want to add yourself into the stats, just copy and paste the lot, change everyones CD (cycle day) if necessary and add yourself in.
WTF = first cycle after mc
WTTC = waiting to TTC
CD = cycle day
UCL = usual cycle length

orange sorry no idea!! nix haha nice one except I had all of them last month except the metallic taste... Arse, that's making me think about the chart that showed the preg hormones rising in the one lady before her AF month after month, like she was a little bit preg but didn't work out then AF came. God, I really hope that's not happening to me.... I'm also jealous of your jump, mine also does a pathetic sluggish half-arsed crossing of the line

emoo fingers crossed for a BFN - only time I'm going to wish one of them on you!! I was the same, felt v odd buying tests hoping for a BFN....

Right ladies, off to bed for an early night, am absolutely knackered xx

AandRMum · 23/11/2010 21:36

Nix not that I checked out your link or anything - but that symptom list is loooong. As far as I can work out - pretty much everything is a potential symptom.

I can't scroll back to check whose bean is burrowing at 7dpo but whoohooo 'touchdown '. Thick pant snot does seem to be a key indicator on all the list - watery cm is more likely to be the lining starting to pull away.

caribou so lovely to hear. Did you choose to wait to 15 weeks or is this an extra scan?

Must be hard going through the op and getting such good news without dh beside you. My dh doesn't say much (wonder why?!?!?) but things don't seem real without him there.

AandRMum · 23/11/2010 21:42

Grin at Nix re fangolinajolie

AandRMum · 23/11/2010 21:43

Hmm where did my Grin go

OrangeToeNails · 23/11/2010 21:52

Was thinking maybe scattergun this month as dh away a lot, so no temps or sticks. I did check my cervix because pant snot intrigued me and it was low...Perhaps won't read too much into then, tis only cycle 1 I suppose

emoo/bird sorry you've found your way in such circumstances. I got BFN after 10 days and I was 13 weeks, so fx it won't be long for you

nickstermum · 23/11/2010 22:25

believe it or not fanjolinajolie is a poster on here! She is on the xfactor thread... so we had i suppose better not be derogatory and stick to fanjo Grin Grin

youremindmeofthebabe · 24/11/2010 08:59

ha ha. nix that's ver' funny.

How are you all? I am party planning here, need to make a cake and buy ingredients for party bags... the joys! (I secretly quite enjoy it)

I went to pilates last night and feel much better for it. Have just bought a dvd as recommended elsewhere on MN called 30 day shred, will use and report back to you guys, had an awful moment of reaslisation that I couldn't fit in my ver short and tight xmas party dress last night, I've been winter comfort eating, I think.

Have just started teping this month. It's all quite interesting. Am just dreading finding out I don't ovulate or something, I hasve a few PCOS symoptoms... Ah well, better to know these things, eh!

Hello to emoobird. It's a little crazy in here, but very supportive and lovely.

orange scattergun sounds like a good idea. Plenty of time for obbsessing charting after Christmas celebrations.

Waves to All x

youremindmeofthebabe · 24/11/2010 09:00

temping obviously Grin

MummyinEngland · 24/11/2010 09:06

brrrrrrrrr! staying at my sisters in Byfleet and its bloody freezing! moan moan etc

Anyway, wanted to share some random information about my post Ashermans op cycle,

First off: I've been trying the grapefruit juice, my god it really works! Just had three days of mega EGCM!!

Second, cant tell if ov happened (gah! and I really want to know so I can predict long awaited AF), I think my chart is messed up by transatlantic travel. It doesnt make much sense on its on until you know I flew over from Costa Rica on the 14th, there is a huge temp dip! Left my copy of TCOYF at home, so cant read up on it. Dont think I will get any red lines from FF because of it. I am still not sure that I WILL ovulate while on high dose estrogen. The doctor said to stop taking the tablets for a few days when I start bleeding, apparently I will produce enough progesterone naturally to make bleeding occur. Therories ladies?

MamaPower · 24/11/2010 09:41

Well at least I can congratulate myself on not making up any symptoms this month and kidding myself!! FFS!! Sad

MamaPower · 24/11/2010 17:50

Rant Alert!!!
Hi Girlies, I have gone in to total and utter melt down today since my stupid af arrived and am sat in floods of tears, I know it's not very dignified to indulge myself with so much self pity and I posted on the other thread today as well because I know that they all want what I do and understand how I feel about just wanting, so very much, what some of you have already been lucky enough to be blessed with, a baby! I am so angry and sad and totally pissed off today and it's made all the much harder by seeing stupid 18 year old girls duffed up because they ''forgot'' to take a pill and have continued to smoke and drink all the way through, or reading headlines about all those poor abused babies, there's no bloody justice in the world!!!
I'm so sorry for ranting and going on about me! But if it's any consolation it's actually helped me just to vent a little bit knowing that you will all understand!

PinkFondantFancy · 24/11/2010 17:50

Where is everyone????!?!

MamaPower · 24/11/2010 17:52

pink x-posts...ranting but here my lovely Smile

PinkFondantFancy · 24/11/2010 17:53

((((mamap)))) wish I knew you in RL cos I would totally be up for going for a few glasses of wine and setting the world to rights.... Huge hugs for you hun, i know it doesn't actualy make any difference but I'm in the same position as you xx

kat2504 · 24/11/2010 17:54

mamaP sorry to hear about AF and sorry you are having such a crappy day. I know how you feel getting a period just reminds you of the frustration and the loss and the disappointment and the cruel unfairness. It is really horrible. Hope you are doing something nice this evening to look after yourself.

Wombat33 · 24/11/2010 18:02

I'm here too... hugs to mamap and hello to everyone else xxx

Mamap I went through the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Really worried my poor DH as he kept wondering where I'd got to and finding me in a sobbing heap wherever I'd happened to be in the house when a wave of sadness and desperation overcame me. I think it must have been partly the AF hormones, because although nothing else has really changed over the last two weeks, the black cloud is not sitting nearly as heavily on my shoulders. I'm sure the feeling will pass for you too (although I'm equally sure we'll all have the occasional tough day in the future too). Try to take it one day at a time. Can you treat yourself tonight as Kat suggests?
