Hi all
I didn't want to hop on a bus because i'm not really aiming for a specific month to have a baby in so i thought i'd start a general "trying to conceive a 2011 baby" and see if anyone wants to join me :D

Hi guys sorry i have been out of the loop. We have had a busy couple of weeks so have only dipped in and out of MN.

I am going to take a break from the thread for a bit as sadly we lost our bean this week Sad i started brown spotting on saturday night which turned to blood and cramps on monday night which got worse on tuesday. DH rushed me to hosp on Tues morning and i have spent the last two days there, i have been on a drip to keep me hydrated but a scan this morning confirmed that bean had gone.

we are going to try again soon so i will catch up with you hopefully in a couple of months. i havent read to catch up but i hope you are all well and i will prob see you around the boards soon!

i am ok - just v sad Sad

good luck to all the TTC Sex Pests and also to the preggy mammas (and dont forget this thread will fill up at 1000 posts - think you only have about 70 to go

i know i said i would take a break from this thread but i may pop on every now and again, as we are all going through different things and scenarios. You are all so lovely too!

anyway DH is taking me for lunch today, the sky is blue and i could do with a walk - might buy myself a new frock too Smile

thank you fraggle sorry i havent caught up for a while due to 'things' when was your last AF? How long has your cycle been?

Feel i want to get back in the loop now - we will prob start trying again in about 2 months so want to get talking about it again to get me in the mood!

Wine and maltesers tonight, at least i can do that now - mind you i have been on codeine for the last two nights - o sweet lord that stuff is amaaaaazing! Grin

I had codeine for a back injury, it is wonderful Grin How you feeling?

My last AF was 9th Feb, cycles for the last 6 months or so have been 33 days which means AF should have been due sunday. My longest cycle since I came off the pill was 43 days so will be waiting until next Wednesday before I panic!

hi all
my 1st mumsnet post.....could i ask for some honest feedback? we're both 37 and been trying for 3 months - 2 months being aware of ovulation calendar and this month using an ovulation stick. but sadly no joy. i know it's early days but i feel so ready and am worried about my age. is it really going to take a year +? i may go nuts!!

If you're ovulating thats a good sign, my SIL is 36 and has just had the most beautiful little girl and my best friend is 37 and is currently 25 weeks gone so don't give up hope!!
