Good lord PFF your poor DH Grin

I wonder if you were going to ovulate then it got delayed? Or maybe it happened twice this month? FF seems to be reliable if people are temping otherwise I am not sure how good it actually is, after all, it's only really the temp that gives away whether you've actually ov'd or not.

Is bloody confusing.

inbetweener · 03/11/2010 10:51

ok I am confused. What is ff ?

Morning by the way!

I an CD25 today.
Tested again this morning with IC.............BFN...........runs away for fear of being slapped.

BUGGERING HELL I am so not pregnant and believe me we really did go over board with the shagging this month. Got into bed last night and DH said " can we just go to sleep please ?"

oh............

GetDownYouWillFall · 03/11/2010 11:00

FF = Fertility Friend - a most brilliant website!

inbetweener · 03/11/2010 11:07

Oh thanks getdown.
I HAVE looked at that actually. It was faaaaaar to complicated for me. I didnt understand it all Grin

Give me time though eh !! I can feel myself growing more mental by the minute.

AandRMum · 03/11/2010 11:38

Inbetweener that is only a very small whitebait slap given the fish market which has been going on in here. You are still 4 or so days off - the chances of a bfp at this point is pretty small - here's hoping all the effort pays off!!

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 12:14

fondant am with owl on this... same as i had last month. Maybe your body was trying to OV and didnt manage it due to stress or something, and now you are? TCOYF says its possible to OV twice in 1 month but only the eggs are released within 24 hours of each other, hence non identical twins....i dont know if its likely to be a week apart? Its poss that you are ov now late, like me or poss you ov last week? Is your evil shag dictator pissed? Or is your thermometre working?

Sorry not been on much this week, heads not been in the right place for the speed of the thread this week. Not emotional or anything (well been a bit teary in the evenings) just cant explain it, bit of an odd week and whilst i absolutely love everyone on here i just havenot felt like posting anything! Dont really think i have anything much positive to say...so its easier to abstain if that makes sense? Plus also just finished period, getting with the temps ready for fertile time etc.... tbh it can be a bit demoralising having long cycles as you dont get the same opportunity for fertile times as those with shorter cycles so in limbo that much longer iyswim?

I think i have had the manic TTC post MC mode and its passed. Grumpy cos it didnt happen when i thought it may, pissed off cos everyone says you should be mega fertile post MC so makes that feeling of failure more intense...grumble grumble grumble!

I'm ok just in a wierd place at the min! Work is busy, trying not to get stressed at all with it, and i think its working a bit! Grin but will see when we get to fertile time!

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 12:17

sorry to everyone who has become POAS addicts.... there is a programme available to all (but you all have to stand in a circle and say the following...

"Hello, my name is xxxxxxxx, and i am a pee stick addict!" Grin

PinkFondantFancy · 03/11/2010 12:57

Thanks guys, temps look like I ov'ed as there's definitely a temp shift a week ago. Also pant snot lined up with temp shift in a tcoyf kind of way so I am completely perplexed by what the dictator's saying. The whole point of getting it was to be able to safely time a break!! Is it possible to get a LH surge outside of ov? mummya are you awake?? I need your help!

Sorry mememe again, am a bit freaked out and totally can't concentrate on anything else!

(((nix))) will catch up with you later hun, at work now xx

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 13:15

YRMOTbonfire love sunflowers.... do you have daisies in your portfolio? Grin

Daisy is my favourite flower, i have a daisy head tattoo on my back and daisy was a girls name we considered for DC2 :( Grin Daisies make me happy so do stargazer lilies Grin

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 13:22

fondant just a thought, would it help to do a pee stick OPK, thats not linked to cbfm? to see whether that brings up anything?

would the CBFM (shag dicktator) pick up HCG like an ov stick would....could it be?!?!!?

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 13:24

Can you put on your FF chart?

youremindmeofthebonfire · 03/11/2010 13:56

it should pick up HCG, but a pregnancy stick wouldn't pick up LH. So maybe try that?

nix sorry you're a bit meh. I certainly felt worse the first two months after mc, as you say everyone says you're mega fertileHmm, and it was very disheartening that you aren't pregnant, and everything becomes a mission, when you feel it shouldn't be? Plus your cycle length is more erratic, like mine, and it makes the 2ww a 3ww and EVERYTHING JUST GETS TOO MUCH!! So mahoosive hugs for you, we understand it all!

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 14:04

love the faceYRM just what i needed before having to train 10 car salesmen! Pretty flowers :)

Fondant try that?!

OrangeToeNails · 03/11/2010 14:09

Afternoon everyone I did a ov stick last night and had a faint line, does that mean it's on it's way? Ewcm-ish too. Sorry, would have been 16 wks for me so looking for good news somewhere...anywhere!

PFF sorry you're having a rough time, my fingers are crossed that the 1st test was right and you're on your way to a BFP soon :)

Sorry not more talkative, finding difficult on iPhone

IzzyWizzyletsgetsomesparklers · 03/11/2010 15:14

(((( nix ))). 'tis indeed very rubbish when you hear all that about how fertile you are post mc and then it just doesn't happen, I share your pain Sad

only a brief one as in school run - pink - POAS. YRMOTB loving the daisies, always makes me think of dd who went through s phase at about 18months where she would only answer to Daisy (not her real name!)

GetDownYouWillFall · 03/11/2010 15:31

orangetoenails I think a faint line on an OPK is a negative - the line has to be as dark as the control line to be a positive (bit different from pregnancy tests).

The reason is that we produce LH throughout our whole cycle (hence the faint line) but only a dark line indicates the surge.

Well my bleeding finally stopped - hurrah! Feeling a bit crampy and achey still though... confused what my body is doing down there.

I have been a bit obsessed and gone and bought myself some fresh grapefruit juice. Trying to think of a way of explaining it to DH so he doesn't drink it all himself! Without actually having to talk about pant snot!

PinkFondantFancy · 03/11/2010 16:28

7dpo according to graph, feel pukey and knackered, opk positive, cbfm peak, hpt negative...... This pukey knackered thing tricks me every month though, think it might be an ov thing. Gaaaaahhh

owlshoes · 03/11/2010 16:34

If OPK and CBFM are both peak then that must be an LH surge - can you equip DH with a splint or something to see him through yet more SWI?

Worth a bash, surely. If you have the energy. Try not to barf on him Grin

youremindmeofthebonfire · 03/11/2010 16:38

A sure fire passion killer.

PinkFondantFancy · 03/11/2010 16:43

My suspicion is that cbfm and opk are identical sticks, they are both looking for lh as far as I can tell and give suspiciously similar lines..... Oh well, poor DH...

PinkFondantFancy · 03/11/2010 16:45

Hehe yep bonfirebut he's used to it now :)

youremindmeofthebonfire · 03/11/2010 16:55

I meant the barfing Grin

fireworknix · 03/11/2010 17:06

Mm the barfing mid bonk may prove less effective than a splint! Give him a Viagra :) tell him it's a vitamin pill!

Then shag his brains out... They last all night dont'cha know?!
