I only have 1 in the house though and I am not going to test unless I get to day 40. Definately not. I can't believe I'm on cd15 though - it seems so recently I was pissed off coz AF arrived now I've got to get on with SWI!

Don't worry inbetweener I used to secretly buy tests and then do them when DP was out and bury the remains in the bottom of the bin wrapped in loads of plastic bags so he wouldn't know and think I was going loopy.

I have no ewcm nor higher temps yet so I think I have a couple of days to go. Am feeling a bit randy yesterday/today tho. Not that I have any idea!!

you won't see higher temps until after ov, and then it would be too late.

EWCM doesn't always happen either - I don't get all that much so I don't rely on it as a rule. When I got pregnant with DD I didn't seem to have any around the time of ov, but still managed to get pregnant.

If you do get EWCM is that a couple of days before ov or when you ov. Think I am ov'ing but DH decidedly not interested as we have been on the once a day for last 5 days and I'll have no chance if I tell him hmmm wonder where my sexy knickers are ( stuffed down back of drawer as arse doesn't fit in them anymore!!)... so much for not trying this month!

izzy I completely get the not mentioning the mc to others when DH is around. Not sure if it is because he considers it done and over with and hence why bother mentioning it or he just isn't the sharing type and doesn't understand why I am ...

Hello ladies! Just been for acupuncture, was v. nice! She reckons I should take herbs though - she's given me "Tiao Jing Cu Yun Wan", it comes in a pink box - what do you reckon? I'm a bit nervous since I'm on the two week wait but I googled it a bit and it looks like lots of ladies preparing for IVF take it.

Hmmmm have been googling around - given that I have no idea where they got made and whether they got contaminated in the manufacturing process etc. I think it's probably safer I give them a miss. Unfortunately I can only find websites selling herbs or the Daily Mail (not exactly two of the most balanced sources for arguments for and against) so it's hard to get anything sensible but it just feels too risky :(

inbetweener dont feel too bad, I think all the early testing is actually a right of passage, we all go through it. I really hope you get your BFP soon, but if its not straight away you will find your will power naturally returning after a few months too, so at least you wont feel like a lunatic. I am all for hiding the pee sticks from DH's, bless them they can never hope to understand this kind of madness, its safest to protect them from it.

Hi betweener FX for you my opk's recommended testing between 10am-8pm... Could you do it at work & when you get home? No expert but think these are the hrs when body produces the LH......so hard not to obsess.
Loving the early testing posts ESP mummya that's alot of stinky fish...we are all guilty!!

I have another possible symptom to spot got it early this & last time. A very fine dusting of little tiny freckles on the tops of my thighs & across chest, some sort of pigmentation.
Also the only other thing I did was really try & increase my H2O intake....don't think I heard it on mn but worth a try xxx

Fk Fk fk fk girls I need your help. Fertility friend confidently tells me I ov'ed last week. My pants less confidently tell me I ov'ed last week. However, cbfm has carried on giving me highs so I thought I'd keep feeding it the rest of the sticks in the pack ad it was almost finished and you're not supposed to mix packs. I've been looking at the lines like owly said and yesterday they were suddenly equally dark and today the bottom one is super dark and the top one light and I've now got a peak on the monitor. Ffs I stopped shagging a week ago for fear dh's nob would fall off. Reckon we might manage a panic shag tonight but apart from that, another wasted month thanks to panic swi at day 10...... I don't see how they can be so different but surely the chemistry doesn't lie. Aghghghghghghghghghghgghghghhghghghgg

pink I would tend to believe ff over CBFM personally. BUT it is possible to ov twice in one month so I would definitely go for a well-timed panic shag just to be sure today, and maybe tomorrow if mrpink is up to it!

I know what you mean about starting too early - we were the same this month - but your timing sounds pretty good to me!

I am literally sitting on my hands to prevent testing. Only 3 days to go before I can test, or drink..
