Ladies-I've had less than 21 points today (Weight Watchers points incase you thought I'd gone slightly mad like Coathanger! ) Am convinced that dieting is the only way to fall PG as in the past I have just enrolled at WW and a month later hey presto so watch this space!

Anyway, night night and sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite.

xx

I'm sure some of you are fed up of scrolling down all the time, when you want to type a message, or are getting annoyed because it takes ages for the pages to load because there are soo many messages on here, so lets take a vote!

SHALL KEEP OUR LUCKY THREAD??? Or shall I start a new one?

OP posts:
HellKat · 21/09/2005 07:57

Morning all.
Waheyyyy af is slowing down. The old cow is finally taking it easy! .
I think you should start another one Diddle. Lol taking ages to load up and so far they've all been lucky for some.

Diddle · 21/09/2005 07:58

thank you hellkat i knew you'd be next on, had a little bet with myself, and i won very pleased to hear af is slowing down, about time too

OP posts:
maddyd · 21/09/2005 07:59

Morning all, diddle shall i start a new one and maybe i will bring it luck

Diddle · 21/09/2005 08:04

I think some people wanted to keep it when it was so lucky for you, so maybe wait until everyone has had a chance to have their say. Would love the lucky you have had from it though.
How you feeling today, don't you find that being pregnant changes the way you think psychologically. A few days ago you were just thinking normally doing normal stuff and now i bet you feel fat and bloated and pregnant. I love that feeling.

Coathanger · 21/09/2005 08:07

Morning all! How the devil are you???

LOL!!! Yeah Diddle AF needs one of those trolleys and a big tenty dress that older big ladies wear in an awful floral print - where do they buy those things?????

I hope you are all okay this morning. HK - I'm glad AF has slimmed down a bit

Humphrey - as Diddle said, are you testing today??

Slinkie, missy and babybloos - I hope your all feeling okay this morning. Remember we're here if you need to offload...

Maddy and Wills - I hope you feet are up and you are taking things easy

Diddle - I think we should have a new thread. It takes half an hour to move when I click on new message - and thats with broadband! But lets wait to see if HC is testing today...

HellKat · 21/09/2005 08:11

Diddle- Did you win much on the bet?
Ch- Yep, fat lummox needed to slim down! She was as wide as my house!
Ds2 has driven me crazy last few days. Into allsorts!! Climbing on everything, won't listen to "No" etc. The joys of toddlers eh? Would'nt have it any other way

Diddle · 21/09/2005 08:12

I agree Coathanger, i think we have people testing as far ahead as Saturday so if we start a new one maybe it could be after then.

Actually Diddle i dont think my mind has quite accepted it. Im very tired but i pput it down to the kids and everyday life. I feel sick constantly, theres like a hollow feeling in my belly which i put down to lack of food because of the bloody gallstones (which are fine by the way, but eat the wrong stuff and ill be in pain).

I wieghed myself this morning 8 2 hooray, havnt been that for a while, but now i want it to go up instead of down.

Im really aware of the kids jumping on me and lifting them up so taking extra care there, but what will be will be. Ill look after myself and cross my legs.

Now whos up next for testing????

Diddle · 21/09/2005 08:19

he he, thats it maddyd keep those legs crossed its early days isn't it, i was always aware of the kids jumping on me and my doggy.

Maddy- great weight and know exactly what you mean about wanting it to go up! I'd gone down to 9 11 when I got pg (from 11 ) and put on the textbook 28lbs! Totally different from ds1 where i put on over 4 stone! But after ds2 it all fell off and now range from 8-8 1/2. (depending on how much choc I can get through )
Glad you're taking it easy. Have you joined the pg after mc thread that Cori started?

maddyd · 21/09/2005 08:22

No not yet. Is it ok if i camp here for a while. I dont want to tempt fate. it would feel un lucky if i left.

I cant take my sands band of either, does that sound mad??

HellKat · 21/09/2005 08:22

Ohhhh I can't wait until I've got a huge rounded bump!!!!!!!!!!

HellKat · 21/09/2005 08:24

Course you can hun!!! No it does'nt sound crazy. Go ahead and keep them on.

HellKat · 21/09/2005 08:25

Think i'd probably be on here until I was ready to pop

Diddle · 21/09/2005 08:26

maddyd - or course you can stay here, and i understand the sands bands thing too. How are your roses doing, mine are still blooming

brb of to school

Coathanger · 21/09/2005 08:28

Well, I say you are welcome here for as long as you like Maddy!!

Just want to point some thing out here...I think I'm the fattest one here!!! Oh my god!!!!!!!! All this talk of being 8 stone !!! Oh, how I'd love to be 8 stone again (currently breaking the scales at 9 stone, and at 5ft 1in that isn't light!!)

HellKat · 21/09/2005 08:31

Ch- That's not big at all hun!!!! I'm 5'6'' and used to be 11.8. Now that's big, especially like me, you've only got a small build. Lol i looked so funny with these tiny skinny wrists and big everywhere else! (even developed 2 chins).

maddyd · 21/09/2005 08:34

Coathanger im 5ft nothing too we are all short arses

HellKat · 21/09/2005 08:36

Changing subject slightly, anyone got any great ways to help toddlers learn to talk?
Ds2 will be 18 mths on Oct 1st and can't. He makes up words (whole sentence of "A gaa a eeee rrooarr" etc) but has trouble copying. Tried the repitition things on the sites (suppose to be failsafe but did'nt work). he'll copy me and Mama and Mum mum, Ga ga but that's about it. He's getting frustrated because obviously he wants to be expressing himself in other ways apart from shouting. Any ideas?

Coathanger · 21/09/2005 08:36

I went up to 12 stone with DS3 - now that was a sight to behold!! 5ft 1 in with a small frame (very tiny wrists and ankles) but 12 stone of blubber!!!!

Coathanger · 21/09/2005 08:38

I think subsequent children do talk later TBH. My DS2 talked later than DS1 an DS3 is really late with his speach. DS3 isn't anywhere near as vocally devolped as his peers. The best thing to do is just make sure you talk to him loads. Try singing songs too, in the car or round the house.
