I have heard that increased CM can be a sign Tomboy Here's to your new jeans!

Florin · 25/10/2010 19:56

Yippee I think ertd is on it's way. Never been so excited about it, normally I am in tears. Hopefully means I can get my blood test done on Wednesday or Thursday and then can get this process moving! Sorry for me me me post will catch up later!

Truffkin · 25/10/2010 21:47

Cocktails and cake? Thanks girls, I think I'm feeling better already! Am determined to do better this month and am just pleased that ERTD is not painful and hoping it is short so I can get on with my new cycle

Florin chuffed for you, hope things get moving soon.

Tomboy fingers tightly croosed! Where your nice jeans from by the way? I'm a bit of a jeans addict and always on the lookout for new recommendations.

Toria that bar sounds fabulous! I took Mr T to Edinburgh for his birthday once and we stayed at the Scotsman, it was amazing. Also ate at The Witchery, equally wow. Have been for a few hen weekends too, I heart the place!

TomboyWife · 25/10/2010 22:17

Truffkin these are the ones I bought.

www.gap.eu/browse/product.do?cid=57536&vid=1&pid=776799

Yep, baggy guys' jeans. I live in hoodies and baggy guys' jeans. I'm called Tomboy for a reason, you know! Wink

MissFlick · 26/10/2010 04:52

Morning Frollies,

Loving all of the Edinburgh talk- I will get there one day! It sounds amazing!

toria what is the verdict from your internet cheapies?! Mine was a BFN but what can you expect at 10DPO Blush!

josie I hope you will still stay here and chat to us whilst you wait to ttc? When are your plans on hold until? You will certainly be pregnant now you are waiting like teh other girls have said!

cavey I hope you are still feeling positive today! :)

Oh boo to ERTD truff at least it was another short cycle though so looks like you are definitely in good working order at the min. Everything crossed for you and that Mr. T doesn't need to do another swimmers test!

florin has the ERTD appeared for you today sweets?

Nice jeans tomboy! They look so comfy. I really hope you get an answer one way or another soon. I have also heard the increased CM is a sign....

garden hope you had a good night's sleep last night on your first day of Clomid- I have been sleeping terribly for the last two nights and just feel like poo again. Work does not agree with me. Mr.F even said this morning 'maybe you are allergic to work?' I think he was semi serious too Grin

Yay for womanly and the healthy ovaries! Hope the Clomid agrees with you this month honey. Well done for being assertive xxx

lanky is it your hyscosy this week? Hope all is ok at work- do you have a finish date for this horrid job yet?

Thanks for being proud of me HH! The curry was delish and even Mr. F said how nice it was and he is normally very anti veggie dinners. How did the Christmas cake turn out? Thanks for asking about my day, it was actually quite hideous but oh well, at least another Monday is over!

slow loving your reverse psychology!

I feel like poo today :( Like I was saying above I have not slept well for the past two nights and to top it off I have the mother of all headaches.

It's very strange actually as the headache I have is a certain type of headache that I only ever get when I have ERTD and it always begins on the evening of day 2. I have it all night, wake up with it the following morning and it lasts all day and night before I wake up on day 4 of ERTD with it gone. I have been to the doctors about this before and he says that it is a 'menstrual migrane'. So anyway, the headache arrived last night and true to form lasted all night was here when I woke up this morning and is, of course, still here now making me feel horrid. It is the worst type of headache as it is right across one side of my forehead, doesn't clear with any tablets and makes me feel really sick- you know when you have all of that watery saliva-ry stuff in your mouth?! (sorry!) It also gives me a really sensitive sense of smell so the sick feeling is enhanced Envy That is a sick face! Of course my little brain has been googlingwondering why my 'menstrual migrane' is here and when ERTD is not.... Wink It could be,like I said, because I have not been sleeping well or because I have been taking fertilaidthis month which may be causing me to have ERTD symptoms that I am not used to.

Anyway, enough headache chat! Am off to try and do something productive....Confused

TomboyWife · 26/10/2010 06:42

MissFlick I think you're right to be Hmm about those symptoms. I know you've just had a BFN, but count me as thoroughly suspicious you're up-diffed!

Sorry you're not feeling well though. Sad

For my part, the boob soreness has definitely increased, but I'm still getting mild cramps off and on. I can't bear the thought of peeing on any more sticks for a while, so unless ERTD arrives the mystery will remain mysterious for another few days.

HRHCavey · 26/10/2010 07:17

Good morning ladies.

Sorry to hear about BFN MissFlick, but as you say it was probably far too early to test!
Hope the headache clears up soon. Very strange that you are getting it without ERTD.

Tomboy enjoy the new jeans! Keeping my fingers crossed that your promising symptoms continue.

Florin and Truffkin keep the positive attitudes up!
Just call me Cavey The Life Coach!

Positive attitude remains so far, even though stressful days at work are not helping! Honestly, I'm out the office for a week and things seem to go into melt down. So many things that were supposed to be done have just been ignored. I'm the only full-time member of staff, out of 4, and I seriously think the place could fall apart if I were to take time out to have a baby.

Deep breaths, hope today is better!

MissFlick · 26/10/2010 08:27

Fingers crossed your day is better today cavey- you deserve a big fat pay rise for being so irreplaceable!

Thanks tomboy - I am certain that you are diffed. Well done on your testing restraint!

Don't worry about my BFN- it was never going to be a positive at 10DPO was it?! [hgrin] he he! I am just using up those cheapies that don't count

Am off home to lay on the sofa with a 4- head cooling strip on my head like a geek. Will check in later xxx

Florin · 26/10/2010 08:56

miss fick and tomboy your symptoms all sounds very promising fingers crossed for some bfp as it's been wo long since the last one!
cave although a pain when things aren't done at work it is always nice to feel an important part of the business.
truffkin glad your ertd not too painful.
I have definitely started spotting so hoping (e)rtd (it's not so evil this month!) with be arriving very soon then blood test here I come- feeling a lot more positive!

womanlytales · 26/10/2010 09:34

Florin Glad ERTD is on its way.
Flick Do take care of yourself - the headache does sound quite bad.

gardenpixie · 26/10/2010 09:44

Morning ladies

Just a quick one from me today as am working in a client's office so can't MN too much!

Florin excellent RTD news, hope you manage to get your blood test booked in shortly

MissFlick Hmm at your migraine; obviously horrid to have one but deeply interesting as a possible sign ! Hope you feel better soon so you can thoroughly enjoy your impending BFP!

Tomboy whopping amounts of CM is most definitely a symptom of pg. Well done on the testing restraint though - I am in awe!

Womanly hope your clomid is treating you well? Are you taking it CD2-CD6 or CD3-CD7?

HRHCavey you are indeed the queen of positivity! Sounds like a bit of a mare but well done for battling through!

Hello to everyone else - today we are one day closer to our next BFP! Grin

xxxx

highheelsandequations · 26/10/2010 09:59

Morning all,

MissFlick sorry your first day back was pants and you're feeling rubbish. Hope you feel better soon and sure that BFP you'll be seeing in a few days will make everything better :) I am also allergic to work I think :o Christmas cake appears to be fine (I think...) worried that it's a little overcooked but last year it was a little undercooked and still yummy so sure it will be fine. Now I just need to remember to feed it every week until Christmas!

womanly so glad to hear your scan went well and you're starting your second round of clomid. Everything crossed for you.

florin glad it seems that the W(welcome)RTD is arriving for you, can you send some RTD vibes my way please!!

Josie how are you doing? Agree with the others that stopping trying is a sure way to guarantee pregnancy!

Tomboy love the jeans! Everything does sound promising for you and I believe that increased CM is a sign :) but it must be so frustrating not having your answer. Have you thought about going to the GP and asking for a blood test?

Truffkin glad your ERTD is not hurting and hoping it hurries past for you so you can start your next cycle with earnest! I love the witchery, taking DP there for 2 nights as a belated birthday present in December and can't wait, have stayed there for one night before and it was fab.

Toria glad you had a nice weekend. I've never been to the zoo even though I'm in Edinburgh every couple of months, will have to add it to me every increasing list of places I really should go. The cocktails in teapots sound fab :)

HRH glad you're manitaining the positive attitude, don't let work ruin it.

garden hope the clomid is working it's magic for you again and you're enjoying blissful sleep and beautiful skin.

No news here (still). My skin has now completely dried out and I still have a couple of spots so I now look pale, flaky and blotchy to add to the spotty! Considering phoning the clinic later today to ask for their advice, but don't want to be a nuisance by phoning (I have irrational worries about phoning people!) will see how brave I feel later. Went to pole last night and even hanging upside down in little white shorts wasn't enought to tempt ERTD to make an appearance! Did manage to do the butterfly a few more times though and it was less scary and think I managed the caterpillar (made me think of raspberry saying her bum was too heavy! How are you raspberry? are you on hols now?). Today I plan on having a totally indulgent day, do girly pampering things, read magazines and watch at least one trashy movie. I may make it out to pilates later or I may decide to drink wine instead :o After all I am under strict instructions from my acupuncturist to relax, have fun, drink lots of cocktails and have lots of sex Blush

gardenpixie · 26/10/2010 10:06

Morning HH yes I am having wonderfully deep sleep thanks to clomid - I was all excited about going to bed early last night to enjoy a full nine and half hours of complete slumber! Skin is doing OK although exessive chocolate eating has scuppered it slightly Blush

What is a caterpillar? I love your pole antics and am still chuckling about tempting ERTD with white shorts - you'd have thought that would have done it? I hope you're not feeling too exasperated by the whole thing.

I'm feeling very self-indulgent as the office where I'm working today has a masseuse and I've just booked myself an appt for after lunch. Naughty garden ...

Toriajayne · 26/10/2010 10:48

Happy Tuesday ladies!

Flick I took one this morning as I have reflex in a couple of hours and it was another BFN. Nipples are still a bit sensitive but nothing like it's been recently, though my temps are going up, so not really sure what's going on anymore! I'm between 12 and 14 DPO depending on whether you believe me or FF hehehe. Beginning to think I was being a bit stupid now and just waiting for Thursday to being ERTD really, but then there's this little voice that keeps saying it's not over til it's over and I start the whole bloody vicious cycle again!

Your migraine sounds interesting though, never had them so couldn't comment, but since so many symptoms of ERTD are common indicators of early pregnancy who knows! Keeping my fingers crossed for you [hsmile]

Tomboy How restrained are you?! Keeping everything crossed, have heard a few of the ladies on MN talking about cramps early on, sretching and burrowing an such...

HH I too and giggling at you tempting ERTD with white shorts.

Garden Glad you had such wonderful sleep!

In my little world, other than my mini rant above I am fecking freezing. I've taken to sleeping in PJs, a hoodie and socks and I'm still cold most nights. No idea what this is about, I grew up in Orkney FFS! Also OHs best friend's wife is at 24 weeks now and complaining about her Hyperemesis. Now I get it. Hyperemesis is awful. But she had it wih her son so surely she should have expected it with the second child. All the midwives are saying this to her but I'm the bad guy for saying that maybe she should have implemented some lifestyle changes (a la Emma Cannon et al) to give herself a fighting chance and expected it this time. The fact I would trade every fibre of my being to be in her situation is not helping.

But, in Cavey fashion I am going to put that to the back of my mind, watch something suitably rubbish on TV and enjoy reflex today (and do four loads of washing). May be back later on but have the cubs Hallowe'en party tonight so have things to prepare

gardenpixie · 26/10/2010 11:08

Toria sorry about your BFN but it is still VERY early - especially if you are only 12DPO. Your temps going up are a great sign though so fingers crossed!

Enjoy the cubs party [hgrin]

highheelsandequations · 26/10/2010 11:45

Toria I second garden's comment!

garden lucky you having a massage! A caterpillar is when you have to be upside down on the pole, push yourself away and then push your bum up so you're in <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.poleexercise.co.uk/wordpress/wp-content/themes/poleexercise/images/moves/dvd-1-moves/caterpillar.jpg&imgrefurl=www.poleexercise.co.uk/gallery/moves/&usg=__3Vf9npfTssqwe_bYOKjc0qf6lQE=&h=275&w=350&sz=39&hl=en&start=11&zoom=1&tbnid=zgC7QJ8gzTsmWM:&tbnh=94&tbnw=120&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dcaterpillar%2Bpole%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26sa%3DX%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-GB:official%26biw%3D1800%26bih%3D863%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this position (although you really want your bum even higher!) then you slie back down, it's a really good arm exercise!

I've just done fertility flow yoga that I bought at the weekend. It's really hard work and has some very good stretches but I really enjoyed it and liked the guided meditation relaxation at the end. I'm going to try and incorporate it into my routine along with my essential oil baths and MissFlick's CD!

gardenpixie · 26/10/2010 11:53

OMG HH I've just looked at the caterpillar pic and if you can do that, you are AMAZING! My enormous arse would overbalance me completely and bring the whole pole down if I tried something like that!

highheelsandequations · 26/10/2010 12:01
Truffkin · 26/10/2010 12:04

Hi everyone, I thought I would come on and share my excitement that Take That have finally announced tour dates for 2011. I'm adding it to my list of silver lining things as the Saturda Wembley date is the day before what my due date would have been if ERTD hadn't got me! (I know, saddo for checking but FF offers it up on a plate!)

I know if this month is successful I'm not sure a 100,000 strong crowd of squealing females would be the best place to be at 8 months pg but at least I can get excited for the time being and it's cheered up my Tuesday no end!

In ERTD news, I woke up this morning to some barely detectable spotting overnight so same as last month, one day of light to medium bleeding followed by a couple of days of barely there spotting seems to be the norm for me. I'm hoping this doesn't mean there is nothing for my body to expel and that is why the well timed SWI is having no effect so far Hmm

MissFlick · 26/10/2010 12:18

Just a quicky to also say OMG HH! Like garden I could never do that! My weedy arms would not be able to hold me up- they struggle when I try and lift myself out of the swimming pool.

Fingers still crossed for toria and tomboy

Hello ladies, realised we hadn't had a list yet today so decided to do it to avoid work

Please let me know if I've buggered it up and I'll redo - Truff I couldn't work out if you were Cd2 or 3? And how very thoughtful of your impending BFP to wait long enough for you to go to the Take That gig - she / he will be a lovely considerate child!

HRHCavey · 26/10/2010 13:39

Truffkin I'm with you on the Take That excitement! DH got me tickets to The Circus Tour at Wembley last year, and even came with me [hgrin]

I was a HUGE TT fan first time round. I still remember the day I heard Robbie was leaving and spending the evening sobbing into my pillow Hmm. Didn't quite get as far as phoning the Samaritans though!

HH - [adopts prone position on the floor] we're not worthy!

Truffkin · 26/10/2010 14:01

Wow HighHeels I'm adding my list to the impressed people, nice work!

Cavey I was also a fan in the 90s! I recall my friend's Dad trying to cover our eyes at the Earl's Court show when Howard wore the red leather chaps with his buttocks showing! I was lucky enough to see the Circus tour twice, at Old Trafford and at Wembley and thought it was a great show.

I'll certainly be on the phone for tickets on Friday (as will most of my girlfriends so we might end up with extra tickets and I can go more than once again!)

P.S You have one dedicated husband! There is no way in a million years mine would go to a TT concert (not that I could get all sentimental over 'Never Forget' or a bit teary during 'Rule the World' with him anyway Grin like I can with my mates!)

womanlytales · 26/10/2010 14:49

garden 2-6
highheels - Am amazed by what you do - the caterpillar and the fertility yoga... FAB :)

evilgiraffe TTC#1, Cycle 3, UCL 25-27, CD1

As with last time, I'm not too disappointed - just pleased that my insides are working properly!

Hope everyone's doing ok lately, I'm sorry I'm not here more often. Blush
