Last call for flight SWI101 to Shagaluff. Sangria laced with folic acid on tape. Fake tanned Club reps will be dishing out the 2 for 1 cocktails, dressed in nothing but the most miniscule budgie smugglers. The pit will be manned by sleazy but virile Spanish waiters to provide your every need. Lets see the summer out in BESHley style, IE: starting a bar fight, drinking the place dry and falling over in a heap at the end of the night.

YAY for MedeeBebee! So farkin' happy for all 3 of you. It's not improper to snog a pregnant lady with tongues, is it? XXXX

I hope Twinks is doing okay today. LOVE YA, TwinkleThe70sgirlsmagazine :) XXXX

Cinco, I hear ya, I hear ya. As the older members of the palace are bored shitless hearing about know, I've been ill since I was 21, which started with a hige, scary, death's-door health meltdown at Uni and although it wasn't as dramatic as your experience, I know how it changes your thinking about everything. Me, I get v neurotic and freaky-outy about certain stuff that triggers memories of it all and I realise other people think I'm being a bit hypochondriac, but I can't help it. Anyway, we're here now and theoretically, if we can cope with that stuff, we can cope with the woes of TTC, right? Bah, if only things were that simple...

HB, I was only teasing you about your stoicism. Everyone is a combination of brave and scaredy-cat, that's what makes life so funny at times. And I agree totally with your feelings about Autumn, but I especially agree with your distaste and mistrust over people having carefree summer fun. There's no need for it. Such levity threatens the very fabric of moral society, does it not? Funny how we've had such diametrically-opposed upbringings yet we think so alike

Stinkybum, just remember the BESH rule on non-BESH differs: They Have Only Got Pregnant To Mock You. You might enjoy my new blog, as the latest post covers the topic of others getting pg when you're not: talesofmumra.blogspot.com

And PortaLou, the only way I can describe to you how much I hope your symptoms are Fo' Real is through the medium of interpretative dance...

Headbanger · 20/08/2010 11:20

Ooo good point, 12 point. I shall pick up some cranberry juice on my way 'ome...

StinkyWizzleteats · 20/08/2010 13:42

Scorps HAHAHA! How do I comment on it? I like the Mumra Name Wink

I wanted to add: You forgot about Professor Yaffle, James "Bouffant" May, Micheal J Fox and "Doc" from Back to the Future (I, II and II), the Skeleton from Scotch Video Tapes (Re-record not fade away), Cheetara (again), the Durucell Bunny (10th time this year), Dot Cotton, Micheal Aspell/Ass Smell, Frank Spencer (ooo Betty) and Tommy Cooper (up the Duff Just like that). I saw it all on their Facebook profiles a minute ago so it must be true.

HB it doesn't link to any email address for me so you might be OK. It just tells me that your Blogger Profile's not available because you've chosen to make it private.

I may be being thick and clicking on the wrong thing of course.

Headbanger · 20/08/2010 14:17

Score I haz asked them to remove! Sorry - you might want to repeat the rest of the content in another post!

Headbanger · 20/08/2010 14:19

Ox it erm, it is my email address (or the name is, if you see what I mean). I have a ridonkulously pretentious email tag thing. Granted you'd have to already know my email address to know it was me but give the guff I spout here Blush

Ocarina · 20/08/2010 14:19

Forgot to say hooray for babyMedee. LadyGG I don't think it was an early scan, I think time's just gone very fast. But I might be wrong.

Headcase the combination of much peeing and much sleeping is verrrry interesting. We appear to be cycle twins and your symptoms are far more exciting than my non-existent ones.

Ocarina · 20/08/2010 14:21

OK, I see what you mean. Can understand paranoia now - I'd never've thought to turn it into your email address but I can see that people who know you might spot it. Unlikely but possible.

Headbanger · 20/08/2010 14:23

I 'speckt I am being unnecessarily paranoid but I don't want to have to spare you folks each last fascinating detail of my gusset contents Grin

Thing is Ocs that I am only a week past SWIing, and I'm fairly certain all this is far too early, so I'm no at all excited - just tired. You got any symptoms for me to get excited about instead? What day you on? (I'm 19 of 25)

Ocarina · 20/08/2010 14:28

I'm day 26 of who knows how many - last month was 25 but I oved early, if LP stays the same length it'll be 31 (which would be record long, why can't my body make its mind up?). Am 6DPO so also too early for symptom spotting but since when did that stop anyone round here? Sadly I have none to spot - tiredness is due to not being able to get to sleep till some stupid time this morning. So unless insomnia's a symptom....

Headbanger · 20/08/2010 14:32

We are twinz: that makes me happy! Gracious, it's so tough when cycles vary wildly isn't it? Mine seem to be getting gradually longer but never longer than 28.

PAH. I do think it's a cruel mockery that all diff symptoms are precisely those of PMT...

Ocarina · 20/08/2010 14:34

Indeed. Stoopid hormones should get their act together and come up with some distinctive symptoms for different things.

Ariesgirl · 20/08/2010 14:42

Oooh, this is most interesting. Most interesting.

Scorpette · 20/08/2010 14:43

So sorry, HB. Was getting too excited about people reading my wafflings. Of course I will remove it. Can you ever forgive me?

Headbanger · 20/08/2010 14:45

It's all right Pet! Leave the blog comment: I've asked MN to remove the one here! (If you're all right with it being that way round - either suits moi!).

Meanwhile I am going back to bed...

cincotart · 20/08/2010 14:48

Haha Scorps love it. I've tried to leave a comment but not set up with any of those erm..things? I'm rubbish with t'internet. However you also forgot Professor Yaffle, Tight Fit, Mr Soooooft - why won't you tell me why the world in which you're living is so straaaange, David Mitchell, my neighbour England shirt man, Floella Benjamin, the ginger cat off the coronation street credits, Boris Johnson to name a few more...

:( at your illness. You sound a helluva lot braver than me. Not only did you have all that shit to deal with then but you've been ill since then, I very luckily have had no long lasting problems (touch wood). My heart goes out to you as I never really appreciated what it was to have good health until it happened, it affects everything so you must be an extremely strong and brave woman to continue dealing with it and keep your amazing sense of humour.

stinky was wondering where you'd been, bastard migraine. I share your pain with SIL newly diffed also on the first attempt. This is is their second conceived first attempt. Harumph. However if they have another half as gorgeous as their first I will be a well happy Auntie Grin

macarena insomnia is a definite symptom bangers and loopylou am watching you three veeeeery closely Grin

Scorpette · 20/08/2010 14:50

Hang on, do I report myself? Do I contact them directly? Waaah, how do I do it?

Scorpette · 20/08/2010 14:55

Cheers, Cincodemaya Grin People can leave comments with the Open Id facility [shameless neediness emoticon]

Aw, your words about my illhelff are v touching. As for sense of humour, well, tis all Tears of A Clown shiz with me. I'm low-level depressed about babyfail every single day. I just refuse to be a straight-out whinger, though - I always feel that I you're going to moan to people about your crap then you should have the decency of giving them a chuckle as part of that.

Am going to add people's suggestions for my blog and say they are top tips from lovely pals :)

HB, will await email from MNHQ rightfully chastising me and will of course say yes to them removing it

LadyGoneGaga · 20/08/2010 15:00

Soz Medee is my poor maths - was thinking you got an early one but no. I swear brain mushification has commenced already.

Head this IS very interesting. On the sore boobie front ,are they merely sore in a proddie, ow/don't touch type way or do they also feel hot, swollen and tingly? A bit early for PMT, no? Not too early to feel early diffment signals though.
