I got a temp dip this morning and a pos on OPK tonight - so I'm off for an early night

Can i ask a question? If my last cycle (and first FF one) was 27 days long why would FF predict a 28 day cycle for this month as surely it will only have last month to go on?

(I am trying to work out when I can realistically POAS, I think thursday but FF says friday)

Fertility friend has just confused me, yesterday it said I ov'd on CD14, now its CD15 (so I'm now on DPO3). It doesnt make too much of a difference except that the only day we didnt do the deed was the day after ov!

I confused myself further as my temp took a big dip this morning, lets hope this is just a one off!

I have been suffering with with achey cramps in the left hand side of my lower stomach today. I'm hoping that it's nothing nasty as it's too early for implantation pains!

so is it ok if we still lurk around on here? I've been over to look at the pg threads, but there isn't one for people finding it hard to stop taking their temp every day

my DH turned the TV off when he proposed - that's how romantic he is

ifatfirst fingers crossed your temp gets back up tomorrow - do you sleep with your mouth open? I think I must do as my (oral) temps wobble about all over the place!

hippy - hope it's warm where you are - it's far too cold in my house for cropped tops & shorty-shorts!

Salad Might still be ok. My temps dipped day before I got BFP. Thought it was all over as had had 2 BFN's, next morning temps shot up so I POAS again and got the BFP. Not over til fat lady sings.

Have added my stats in - as you can see I am a woman of little patience and POAS at 10 dpo.It was in the afternoon too so I am surprised I got a bfp then! Of course I have POAS about 6 times since

ifatfirst is there any way you could be ov'ing today instead of day 14. Pains on one side and a dip in temp this morning???? Just a thought. Might be worth a SWI just incase. But if there are lots of troops up there already or you're sure you've ov'd don't worry.

My DH did a lovely romantic proposal. However, I must add that we had been together for 9 years and had 2 kids by then. Also i told him I wanted to be married before I was 40 and he married me 3 days before my 40th birthday - ha bloody ha.

This is indeed a lucky thread. Completely understand you wanting to stay on here and not being ready to move to preggo threads bessie. If I get another BFP i wont even dare add my name to the list cos of my 2 false starts this year. Hang about as long as you like, lovie. xx

Well, just back from my booking appt with mw and heard hb! Big relief. Only found out we had a mmc at 12 weeks with DC1, so it's always been in the back of mind ever since.

Really well, thanks Lady! Lots of energy, feeling fine! Def happier now know it's viable. Wondering if I'll tell boss soon or wait til 25 weeks. Purely for the hell of it you understand, it's extremely obvious I'm pg right now but he keeps sneaking sideways looks and biting hhis lip!

Ifatfirst I'm confused about OV too and I fluffed my temp yesterday morning (stress head). I woke up twice in the early hours and temped before waking at 7am and temping again, I don't know what I was thinking! Anyway, had a slight temp rise this morning and am feeling calm and normal again, so hormonal crisis averted. Phew. ;0)

My username's very apt. Went for the scan today - just an empty sack. Died at 5 weeks - waiting for the inevitable.
