I have just had my Jo & Seph order delivered and I'm really happy with it. Just wish I was well enough to try some ( I've been suffering from Norovirus for a week now)
Spoke to the Postman, who I know, and asked about the Fahlo order, which has shown as dispatched to RM since 3rd. He says that's rubbish and they are all up to date, so the order must be lost, so I'm going to ask Fahlo for a refund.
This was just an extra present for grandsons 1,2 and 4 as Grandson 3 was so pleased with his, but very annoying.

The nutcracker music orchestra book is also on offer, it may be nice to go with the actual nutcracker if you find it 😃 my son would also love one but I haven't been able to find a toy one, just christmas decorations that don't look very safe for a 3 yo

@NotMeekNotObedient not sure you are entertaining the idea of a real one with nuts for a 4 year old but this one is a working nutcracker

How quickly did they respond when you said about cancelling?
I emailed this morning and got a speedy response saying they would need to escalate to the appropriate team, but not heard anything since that quick response (yes I am being impatient!).

It was almost a week so took a while. I was worried they wouldn’t do it but as soon as he emailed I got a confirmation of refund

I bought this one a couple of weeks ago. I obviously can’t speak as to its longevity but it fits all my stuff in nicely.

My daughter asked for similar last year and my mum got her this one (though the "woman" one, which is a bit pricey currently!). I got her a bag of mixed nuts and it was pretty good with walnuts, but hazelnuts and almonds were much more tricky. It did eventually lose the thread on the screw though so it's just decorative now! It was about the same time DD lost interest though so I wasn't too upset...

I really, really should have known better than to order from Chuckling Cheese, given how many years I have seen the chat about how bad their delivery schedule is.

Order was supposed to be delivered today for a birthday (ordered well over a week ago with the option to pick the delivery day). I just got an email to say it is “being picked” and will “be with the courier within 24 hours”.

So … it’s going to look like I forgot their birthday. And will be delivered after they have gone on holiday.
