Hope you're all well. I've just put in a big Temu order for stocking bits and bits for work. They gave me £8 off my next order yesterday as two orders I had are arriving late and, when I contacted customer services about something, they also gave me a 20% off voucher, so I saved £20 on my order!

Anyone else had their 3 for 2 Ted Baker vanity cases cancelled by Boots?

They were still £22.50 on George at Asda yesterday. Showing as full price but 50% down out on checkout. Go through Quidco too and pay with PayPal for cashback from both!

I had avoided all the posts about them until this morning and happened to mention them to DS3 who loves throws and asked if he could have one - not sure why I didn’t think it would be the ideal gift for him - was telling DS2 about ordering it this evening and now he wants one as well - 2 happy teenagers that may never get out of bed now 🫣

Has anyone had an issue with Uber eats when using one of their money off offers? I ordered this morning & all the fruit & veg was half price for fresh Monday. Then I had an offer on my account for 50% off. Ordered delivered this morning. All good,
However this evening they’ve refunded me the original payment of £13 & are charging me £37 instead!! Invoice now shows all items full price & no code applied 😳 Trying to resolve it through live chat but not getting very far…

I collected my TB order from Boots a few days ago. The lady in store told me I had the last three in our store as online sales are fulfilled by store not warehouse.

Assume it’s being delivered tomorrow? Prices change as offers expire for supermarkets.

Hello. I’ve been asked to get a a hair wrap towel but I’m a bit confused. There seems to be micro fibre and also T-shirt material. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

No it was delivered at 9am this morning! And then they’ve altered the price at 7pm tonight??!?
They’ve given a partial refund but not the correct amount & now say they can’t adjust it further. Feel like I’ve just been ranting on their online chat lol

I have a microfibre one and a towelling one and I don’t rate the microfibre one at all for absorbency, much prefer the towelling one.

H&M had some lovely soft ones in store at the weekend. I just use a cheap thin cotton towelling material one from Ikea but it wouldn't look overly gift worthy I don't think. I've heard Dock and Bay ones are nice and they have offers sometimes (pricey otherwise).

We only used them once before to order a meal. It didnt show and didnt show and eventually it was marked as delivered. It wasn't at our house or any of the same number in surrounding streets (which they asked us to check). They told us they would refund and it would be back in iur account within 48 hours. It wasn't and when I contacted them to complain they said they couldn't refund after more than 48 hours and I should have complained straight away. The chat kept disconnecting, but it eventually worked in my favour as I got an agent who refunded after I send screenshots of the original chat. I haven't used them since and you have reminded me of the stress!

I don’t use Twitter, did tell them in the live chat I would be sharing my experience on social media ha ha. They have stopped replying now though.
They have refunded me £13 but that’s amount I should have paid- refund should have been £24.
They said they are unable to make any further adjustments. I’ve had to argue the toss just to get that.
Annoyingly the receipt now shows the new prices & I didn’t think to screenshot the original one…
Would be reluctant now to use again but if I did then would def screenshot everything!

@WannaBeOrganisedthis might be too late unless you want to cancel and reorder but if you trade in an old fire tablet you get 20% off the purchase price of a new one. I found a really old one at home- got £5 credit and 20% off the new one. I also had £20 credit from Amazon for them offering a refund on an order that arrived without packaging (I know this can happen) but with 3 massive stickers on that can’t be removed.

My Valentte order has just arrived and I'm also disappointed. The wax melts are really pungent, I dont like the candle and I'm not going to open the diffusers as the likelihood is that I won't like them either. I'm sending the lot back. Hopefully the no quibble return policy will be honoured.

My two glasses cloths arrived today, I'm so impressed I've immediately ordered four more so very many thanks to the OP for that one!

I've never yet been able to use uber eats. After getting the offer pop up when I open app, I fill a basket, it takes off discount but at checkout it states 'offer not valid on my account '. I've tried all sorts of things. T&Cs said no already discounted items, so I updated basket with full price items only. Then, it removes discount completely.

In my humble opinion microfibre ones are useless at drying hair . They are ok if you just want to wrap it up , but with long hair especially a proper towel material is needed . These are perfect if not super exciting

I always get niche colouring sheets for school online - google kpop demon hunters colouring printables and you can print whatever you like. Perhaps not as nice a gift as a proper colouring book, but if they aren’t available yet, printable pages could be made into a more presentable gift - in a nice folder for example, with some K-pop stickers? or a little hamper with new colouring pens?
