I’m probably a third of the way done for Christmas. Present for DH is stumping me a bit but we’ve just booked our first child free weekend away (for next year) so I may suggest we call that our present to each other.

Thanks for your email about our Cranberry and Clementine buck’s fizz. It’s a great Christmas tipple, and I know why you’d be keen to know when it’s in store.

I’ve checked with the team, and we’re still finalising our exact plans for Christmas. However, our Party Food is due in store in the next week, so I would expect Festive Drinks to arrive at the same time.

I am just back from yet another dentist visit. God I hate it there.

I am gutted about the Buck’s Fizz. Last year I bought quite a few bottles and ended up finding a stray in June which I drank with a friend. Wish I’d saved it now!

Swamp I avoided a wicker tree skirt purely because my dm tried to insist me and my sister had one (sis because it would look nice with her tree, me to try and make my decor more trendy). Instead I have something similar to this (pic) - not trendy at all

One of those "not doing much" Saturdays , I have some laundry to go in (after coffee) then probably some tidy up .

I've ordered DD Christmas Pyjamas (M&S one with a tiny print - she saw them online)
Need to wrap some more of her Dec 1st Box things and I have one more (nail polish) on order then <fingers crossed> that's done .

I have all of DSs to buy but they're easier .

Morning!

I was out out yesterday. But at a matinee gig, which was ace. Just a short acoustic set and home before 9pm!

I'm still feeling the effects of the fall I had, I think, so I'm slightly lacking in stamina.

I need to go and pick up the Christmas socks for the kids from Next. I picked up a crossbody bag for DD in Uniqlo yesterday after the gig.

I am very close to being done. Just need DS' Switch 2 and some books for DD.

I've got to take some stuff back to next...(candle with no packaging smashed on arrival 😡)
Other than that, dd2 has a friend coming round later.
Dh is out.
Dd1 at bfs in London.
I have just ordered my godsons lego, and need a jumper for dd2 (but primark may suffice)

We have a busy day here with LOs clubs then seeing both sides of the family. Also need to squeeze in sending and collecting a parcel, returning some trousers to next and collecting an Argos c&c set.
We also have work on the house starting on Monday so have to empty the conservatory tomorrow ready for that. Busy busy busy!

DS is at an open morning at school today, but he's happy because he gets to spend The morning in the DT lab.

DH and I are going to the gym. Nothing planned for later, but I go and get croissants for breakfast earlier

I am mostly at home alone today. My daughter is coming round for a little while. I am recovering from yesterday’s shift which quite frankly was utter carnage. No staff and every call was difficult. I do not like working on a Friday.

I am close to finishing my Christmas shopping but will have to wait for payday now. I am enjoying sorting out the Christmas food delivery. I spend ages putting things on and finding better things to swap.

Busy day for me today! I have a washing pile the size of Mount Everest, house needs a good clean because it’s been neglected whilst I’ve been decorating the bedrooms, pup needs a good walk and I have an assignment to do for the course I’m on. Once the house is cleaned I’ll feel better planning for Christmas. A clean house equals a clean head space. Also just bought a little freezer for the extra Christmas food.

I am looking forward to an autumn walk though, I need a few hours in nature to reset.

Pretty successful shopping trip.
Dd2 and friend re downstairs watching a film and shrieking 😄😬
Got dd2 a nice jumper and some ear muffs from primark, got dh some pjs, too.
Took the damaged items back to next.
I need to pick up my godsons lego once its arrived at the local Sainsbury's (I had no idea argos delivered there!)
I'm pretty much done now, except for a couple of giftcards.

Sainsbury's own Argos, which is why loads of Argos stores are now in Sainsbury's!
