Party food is absolutely the way to go. My pics are not clear but I also have lots of M&S party food too.
Those mini fish & chips is very good. I had that last year.

We have one block in the butter dish and a shit load in the fridge!

I have lovely butter ordered. A real treat since DH heart attack and my dreadful cholesterol levels.

I got someone else's fruit order this morning on top of my own. Either that or someone in a supermarket can't read. So now I have 22 apples, 13 pears, a punnet of blackberries, and two pineapples. I only ordered the blackberries, three pears, and four apples of a specific variety. I already had a pineapple and two other apples.

I've called the supermarket and they don't want the extras back, nor will they charge me for their mistake. While that's nice of them, I actually don't have room for all of that anywhere in my home or fridge.

I think I'll have to make applesauce and hope it keeps in a kilner jar. I could make a few pies to freeze too. But it's a few days before Christmas and I don't have time for that sort of malarkey.

I’ve come on mumsnet specifically looking for the Christmas fridge thread-took my photo earlier once my shop had arrived. Not as filled as I’d like-seriously lacking different cheeses, but there’s still time yet!

Well, the food shop order has arrived! Only 2 subs... absolute miracle! To be fair, I did actually buy everything non fresh on Friday with my sons asda colleague discount (they got 20% off last mon-fri in store only as opposed to the usual 10%). But they did have no streaky bacon or chicken apparently! So that's me going to the shop later! Oh and the 3 loaves of bread I ordered are all dated the 24th. Fuckers. Is there anywhere I can donate bread to? Freezers totally full. We can't consume 3 loaves of bread in the next 3 day. Also, DP came home with 2 massive sacks full of 8p veg donated to his school by Tesco (they sent staff home with the surplus). Unfortunately I'd already purchased it all that morning! So bread and veg... where can I donate it?
Our drinks are mostly currently stored outside. Along with a plastic box full of veg! We really need a 3rd fridge! And 3rd freezer tbh!

The apoles and pears I’d put in brown paper bags and put in the shed. They keep quite happily until after Christmas then make apple and pear sauce

You've loads of room in there. Shift stuff up and also move the shelves if necessary. The stuff on the shelf with the mini pies will easily fit on the two shelves above.
