I was sent a Booths book a few years ago and it is lovely, even if you're too far away to buy from there.

It's very cold here today so feels Christmassy.
I've had to change where I wfh and am trying out the conservatory today but it's 🥶

Happy Rudolph Day all! I am going to finalise my M&S and Sainsbury’s food to order orders today to celebrate. Feel a bit lurgified so otherwise going to relax. Might stitch some Spirit of Christmas.

I browse M&S, but don't buy from there. I'm too stuck in my ways, ha ha!

Morrisons are great for buffet food, if people haven't looked at their range before. I'm going to try not to go overboard this year, however!!🤣

I think I need salads, charcuterie and maybe the oriental selection as well, as I do love a samosa! Oh, and a gammon. Sainsbos had a cracking gammon offer last year, so I'm hoping for it again.

Ooh will check out Waitrose. I can’t trust Morrisons after we ordered online with their food to order once, paid, had email confirmation etc. Turned up in our slot to find that the store had never received our order. They did make good but I’m too nervous to try them again.

I need to defrost the fridge <Happy Rudolph Day Planning> it can be Fridays task , I'll run down the fridge contents , decant the freezer stuff in the shed freezers and switch it off Thursday night .

I'll have to speak to DH about Christmas food soon.
If we're home we like to order our turkey from a farmer friend of DHs. I think we've done a mix of farmers market, Aldi and Sainsbury's for everything else.
We've never ordered deliver or c&c for Christmas food just in case we have an issue like you did Hoping and I'm very picky

I've managed to warm myself up but it's raining like mad now. I'm safe inside though so I don't mind (and I quite like the sound on a conservatory roof)!

Are we really only on thread 2 Fluffy? That seems low for us, although I think we've lost some regular posters this year.

I think we only had 3 last year. We did 12 one year. 😬🤣
