I haven’t had anything, how strange. Is it usually sent via email?

How strange, maybe in spam? You should have received an email the day you returned home. The code is actually the booking reference number but you are only allowed to use it 3 times

Nothing in spam either, I’ll PM my booking reference now, hopefully it will work for you

@Theraffarian I may have taken advantage of the half price Tony's Chocolonely bars in our local Sainsburys recently Blush

Asda and Lidl still had some bargain Christmas food out today - mainly mince pies but that's fine, I like mince pies and DP doesn't so we didn't have any over Christmas!

Superdrug have their led mirrors down to £10, out of stock online so will depend if your branch has them. With the Superdrug card you get an additional 10% so down to £9.

Willow4987 · 08/01/2024 13:13

A good price in this wooden ice cream van from John Lewis. My daughter loves hers (and she's nearly 7) great for sylvanians and maileg mice: https://www.johnlewis.com/le-toy-van-dolly-ice-cream-van/p110885786?fbclid=PAAaba-3cVqU0PtSBM-mC2F7h6V9BxKjzBy8MUF11w849BS8dvzvsJ_IZMP9s_aem_AYL1G-kVOrhKIny8XE7bLj5JV9LvTKcJauVyAb9WA-HarrP9Yc7nQWjBzxHHfVEw398eIlFotXuazo-WWhbTMlYw

@CottonHeadedNinnyMug thanks very much, I've just ordered this. My daughter is obsessed with making ice creams 😊

John Lewis selling woman’s fluffy pjs and dressing gowns - got a couple of pairs for £10 to put away

https://www.johnlewis.com/browse/women/womens-nightwear/_/N-fm0?sortBy=priceLow

psuedocream3 · 09/01/2024 18:28

Next clearance has lots of Bath and Body works reductions, large sprays from £18 to £5 and lots of other bits. I know the sprays are popular with teens. They are in and out of stock so worth checking. I picked up some gift sets cheaper than I paid last year to put away and some cheap cards.

Does anyone know if Costa stores have a sale on their gifts instore at all? Wondering if it's worth a trip or not as it's not local?

Hi,

I have just been irl shopping in JL and saw some bargains:

ObamaLlama: £10
Nice Buns: £15
Xmas wrapping paper - extra long roll: £1
Star sign baubles: £1
Quality Street single type of chocolate cracker: £3.50
Crackers: £4.80
Fill your own crackers: £2.50

I am annoyed that I forgot to buy a cracker!

In Lakeland, they had their Xmas food in jute bags for half price. I almost bought the Mrs Bridges one but couldn’t be bothered carrying it round, (regretting that a bit now!)

fishfingersandchipsagain · 10/01/2024 17:55

Thanks @Dee1224 that is really helpful. I am heading out IRL shopping this evening and will be near a JL. I’ll pop in.

Dee1224 · 10/01/2024 18:10

Good luck @fishfingersandchipsagain - let us know if you find any bargains. I wish I had bought ObamaLlama and the QS cracker, but never mind!

LostMyRubySlippers · 10/01/2024 22:41

Obama Llama is on bargainmax online for £9.99. Think it’s free delivery over £10

LostMyRubySlippers · 10/01/2024 22:42

They have a few big potato games on there including Nice Buns for £9.99 & Snakesss for £6.49

I didn’t make it. I got distracted by cake 😅

Dee1224 · 10/01/2024 23:03

🤣@fishfingersandchipsagain - sounds much nicer than shopping!

Just to add they had this in home bargains pre Xmas for £2.99!!!

Fubbs · 11/01/2024 07:28

Only one pair with 50% off, I've just realised!

Yalz · 11/01/2024 11:06

Fatface has further reductions in the sale today. Many items are 70% off, but quite a lot of those are “last one” so the best bargains may have gone soon later.
