Thanks, have wanted one of these for ages! I’ve signed up to the rewards programme and it’s showing £2 but how do I use it?

@WidowedMum When you get to checkout payment methods I think it says add reward and you just type in '2' in the box and it will deduct off the total.

I thought they looked quite good as Easter gifts, or for Easter holidays etc. I've bought a few as I'm still a bit jaded missing out on the smores kits for £8 before Christmas lol

That kit looks nice, those flavours are tasty. I bought a mixture of flavours at Christmas to go with the smores kit and some were awful.

I'm not seeing any rewards after signing up to the loyalty program 😢

@STom2 I signed up at checkout, have you gone to checkout stage with your basket, it could be that the reward is based on your basket total?

Yeah I was going to checkout. Can't see anything in my account. Was only looking for a couple kits so maybe that's the issue 😂

This confused me so much too! If you go to your account how many points does it say you’ve got? I only spent £22 after discount so don’t think they’re too fussy.

I ordered 2 on the marshmallow sets from Harvey Nichols and just had an email to say out of stock. It looks like potentially one of them is being delivered.

I ordered 2 of the marshmallow sets too. Had a refund of £5.50 so looks like I might get one. But am a bit fed up, no way would I have ordered just one as the postage is ridiculous....sigh...oh well!

@Lastminutebride @Sallylovesdaisy If you aren't happy with delivery, it's worth contacting their customer services to explain your issues. Harvey Nichols has brilliant customer service, they may refund the postage.

Ah, gutted to miss out on the marshmallows (they're showing as out of stock now) - I was also still getting over missing out before Christmas 😂

@imploding It's showing as instock currently, maybe they were updating stock levels? My order arrived today, the dates on them were 18th August which is pretty good, I assumed they would be short dated so I'm very pleased with this bargain.

@psuedocream3 they are good dates- I ordered 3 packs but they expire end of April. Well I only looked at one and it said end of April so maybe I need to go and check the other two! Still- they are to take to someone hosting us for Easter so that’s ok.
