The Scout shop now has 90% off some of its clearance items. Some have Smurf or Hello Kitty embroidery with no scout etc insignia.

I’ve seen Jellycat on here so many times but dd has just said she’d love a pain au Chocolat that she saw in France on a uni trip but it was too expensive and she’s trying to be sensible! It’s her birthday next week and I’d love to get one. I’ve had a look but I don’t know which Jellycat store is official. It’s out of stock at John Lewis. Help would be much appreciated.

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads thank you so much. Temptation gifts is the one I think I heard on here but I couldn’t remember if it was to say it was good or to avoid it!

I bought my granddaughters Jellycat bear from Temptation Gifts at Christmas with no problems.

I’m sure I’ve had Yankee candle bundles in past from Temptation.

I’m a Jellycat collector, so know where’s best to shop. Have a look on Vinted? I have bought many new Jellycats on there, often much cheaper than you would find in a shop.

This is not at all a Christmas bargain but a request for help because you’re all so awesome. I’ve finally admitted defeat that my Barbour wax jacket will never fit again so I want a new one. I tried to get one on vinted but although it looked great it stank so I’m wary of trying that again but I also can’t bring myself to pay £240 for a new one- I neeeeeeed a discount code or something to make me feel better about buying one! I’m after a classic one like the Beadnell style- just olive green, has to have the handwarmer pockets. If anyone can think of a brain wave or where might have a code then I’d be very grateful!

@Elpheba , House of Fraser has the Beadnell on sale for £185 at the moment.

@CarrieMoonbeams unbelievably speedy. I’d even checked HoF earlier in the week but I possibly only looked at the outlet, or maybe it wasn’t on sale but now is! £185 definitely more palatable- thanks!

Actually @Elpheba , here's a slightly better deal. Griggs have it for £180, they also offer 10% off your first order (and I think they'll even deduct that from the £180 even though it's in the sale). They do free delivery too. They're a great company, I've bought loads from them.

@Willow4987 i did suggest a trip to the outlet but DH pointed out that a 400 mile round trip might negate the savings!!

Anyone with under 5s there are cute Julia Donaldson PJs in the Asda George sale for £5…I’ve just ordered the stickman ones, wanted snail & whale but they were only in 18-24!

How’s everyone finding whistlefish service? I ordered from them a week ago and my order still hasn’t been despatched.

I ordered mine last Saturday and they arrived on Thursday so five days for mine.

Thanks. Fingers crossed they arrive within the next few days. I’m going away soon and wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known it would be over a week for delivery. I’ve logged in but there’s no useful information as they haven’t even sent the order out yet.
