It's a leap year next year, so an extra day to wait!

I've ordered 120 baubles today, as WeRChristmas sent me a 50% code for today only. Annoyingly I could get our new tree way cheaper today! 😭

I'm exhausted now I've finally had time to sit and relax. Tomorrow is a chill day.

Wet here. Managed a mostly-dry dog jog though, thankfully. 🐕 He's conked out now as we did 7.4km and it was very sniffy (I'm an expert at a sudden stop, turn, go backwards, whilst running!).

Sunshine here. Took DC to the beach yesterday as that beach is now dog free as it’s May. I find it really hard to take two DC onto the beach with dogs running at you. DD is now terrified of dogs after a couple of incidents from “he’s friendly” dogs. A dog knocked MIL over last year, badly hurting an existing injury. And Gran got bitten a couple of years ago too. I blame the owners of course, not the dogs. Our neighbours have 3 dogs and they’re lovely.

But from May each year we have 6 beaches which don’t allow dogs, so now DD will go again. Which is fabulous!!

Our local beaches have dog restrictions too. We don't take ours to the beach, so I don't pay much attention to the rules!

DS had a scary (for him) experience with an Irish Wolfhound as a toddler, which didn't do anything other than run over to him and get in his face. It was bigger than him, however, so understandably scary. Bloody owners didn't give a shit when they finally ambled along.
