It's a leap year next year, so an extra day to wait!

I've ordered 120 baubles today, as WeRChristmas sent me a 50% code for today only. Annoyingly I could get our new tree way cheaper today! 😭

I'm exhausted now I've finally had time to sit and relax. Tomorrow is a chill day.

It didn’t last. Last night I was in so much pain I actually cried and I never cry. Ridiculous.

It's a lovely day here today. I took the dog for his gallop and he had a great time leaping in all of the muddy pools which form in the woods!

Hurrah for it being Friday again, and pay day too. Whooooooo! 🎉

It’s really nasty! Has improved a bit - I didn’t cry last night 😅 I’m off work/uni for a couple of weeks now too so hopefully will improve. Dh has been doing everything too which has helped.

Cloudy here but the past two days have been lovely Dh got sunburnt 🤦🏻‍♀️

In hot cross bun news I can recommend the Aldi brioche HCBs. Very nice

Nipping in before bed...took a chance on a 6-10am saver slot with Sainsbury's tomorrow (today). It's coming between 7-8. Bugger. Was hoping for after 8! 😩

I did some washimg and got it out on the line , there are a few grey clouds so I;m keeping an eye put .

Just had some of the well wrapped well doused Christmas Cake that I put in the pantry for Easter (no marzipan or icing , just as it is ) very nice

Next week I have a few days off - extended Easter Weekend with the added Thursday .

Our Sainsbury order was today Fluffy thankfully last week we had a Friday not the Saturday-Where-The-Computers-Went-Pffft .

DH has been waching the YouTube videos for "Sorted" they're doing Christmas Foods From Round The World on this one .

It won't inspire me away from my usual Christmas Fayre though the idea of the gift under the dinner plate (Polish) is one my DS would embrace (they had a £10 note on the show )

What a day!

Needed a headlight bulb changed. Went to Halfords.

Not even the closest one as they don't do fittings. That one was understaffed and wasn't doing any more fittings today. Ended up going all the way into Ruislip (not at all local) for it to get sorted! Thank goodness for Google maps!!

(I'm sure others are available, but we found this to be the most reliable.)

Morning!

It's very bloody wet here. Had a soaking dog walk, which was also cold. I struggled for the last half mile or so (we did about 4.5).

I conked out on the sofa last night. One minute it was 9.49, the next it was 11.37. Oops!

I'm busy planning for Easter dinner at the weekend. It's essentially just Christmas MKII! 🤣

Morning. It is very grey here just for a change. I am off for another blood test later as there was a lab processing error with the ones done on Thursday aka they probably dropped it. I really can't be bothered with finding the energy, but as I am smothered in an itchy rash which is annoying the hell out of me, I will be there with my arm held out ready.

It was drizzly here but is brightening up now.

We don’t do anything special for Easter.

I’ve got two weeks off now but the house is a tip, I have an assignment to write and for some reason whenever I’m off work everyone seems to think I have nothing to do and can do everything for them instead dh looking at you not emptying the dishwasher

That’s so annoying why. I had similar with my smear, after about two months they contacted the surgery to say it wasn’t labelled correctly aka they missed it and it was too late to process, I know it was labelled correctly as I watched the nurse do it…

Frustrating isn't it Wreck. I feel so ill I just want something to help but until they know what we are dealing with I am left itching. I do have some cream which helps for a bit but the GP doesn't want to give me anything else currently. I have been off work for weeks now and can't really go back while I am scratching non stop and feeling like I am burning inside like the sun.

How on earth did they lose it for two months? Crazy.

We are on holiday in Florida, which is lovely. We’ve been to two Christmas stores, which filled me with joy. It is so hot today and I am craving the English weather right now.

Hope everyone feels better soon. I had balance issues when we landed, which lasted 5 days. Even though we flew here, I started feeling like I was on a boat 🤔 which lasted those 5 days. Very weird.

Could the cabin pressure have given you an ear infection?

We've walked so much my feet and legs hurt. Nice to be away though.

We're not doing anything specifically for Easter. My mum normally does a big family roast (lamb) but this year I have tickets to something so won't be there.

I'm at the hospital having a carpal tunnel follow up. Exciting!

I gave blood earlier and wouldn't stop bleeding afterwards. Not badly, but I had to stay in the chair for a while! Causing trouble, ha ha. Felt a bit peaky after, but nothing a bag of Haribo couldn't sort. 😁

I'm still feeling tired, though my iron levels are fine. Maybe I'm just getting old! 😩😱🤣

Dd and I went shopping today, she’s v tired now but was good. £17 for parking. Wtff, insane.

I am officially on holiday till Tuesday <hurrah> I have a long list of Things That Need Done which I;m ticking off (I do like A List )

Food delivery , shopping with DH (clothes ) collect M&S clothes order , then cooking and tidying and hopefullly ....some gardening .

I didn't do anything festive for the Rudolph Day on Monday but I need to check the Christmas Cupboard for nice tableware for Easter .

No it was Brighton. Most expensive parking in the UK (I have made that up but it would surprise me if it was true 😅)
