Usually have smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, but fancy something different this year. What are you having?

Every year I make cinnamon rolls that we have for breakfast. I also got frozen breakfast pastries from M&S, and ‘pancake cereal’ from Costco for the kids. All a bit sweet heavy though.

CormorantStrikesBack · 22/12/2023 19:36

Almond croissant and coffee early on.

then cream cheese and smoked salmon bagels mid morning.

Pistolpunk · 22/12/2023 19:37

We put out a selection of mini cereals, pastries, fruit salad, salmon, yogurts so it's like a help yourself.

YouAndMeAndThem · 22/12/2023 19:42

Coffee and Tesco bake at home chocolate twists early doors, bacon rolls and Bucks Fizz mid morning. Nothing fancy as CBA cooking 2 meals 😂

MorningFresh · 22/12/2023 19:46

Bacon butties!

Shf · 22/12/2023 19:50

Hot chocolate or proper coffee in bed as soon as we wake, then about 10 we’ll do American pancakes with berries and maple syrup.

SugarCookieMonster · 22/12/2023 19:50

Bought some frozen croissants for first thing then smoked salmon blinis for a bit later.

MissBuffyAnneSummers · 22/12/2023 19:57

Nothing. Will wait until lunch!

LittleGreenFroggie · 22/12/2023 20:04

Croissants with butter and raspberry jam! 🥐 😋

evryevrytime · 22/12/2023 20:05

I'll be having smoked salmon and crème fraiche on blinis with a glass of Buck's Fizz. It's my favourite breakfast ever and I only have it on Christmas Day.

soupmaker · 22/12/2023 20:12

Panettone and freshly brewed coffee for dunking it in. Orange juice.

DeathMetalMum · 22/12/2023 20:15

Bagels, kids have Nutella and we have bacon. I've also picked up some croissants which we don't usually get but thought they'd be good for late morning/mid as we eat about 4.

EllaPaella · 22/12/2023 20:18

We usually have a full English but this year just croissants and/or pancakes

MysweetAudrina · 22/12/2023 20:24

I tend to do a decent breakfast on Stephen's day as opposed to Christmas Day. Am planning French toast on sourdough bread, bacon, mushrooms, berries and maple syrup.

DramaAlpaca · 22/12/2023 20:29

Bagels, with various options for fillings. We did it last year and it went down well, so doing it again.

icclemunchy · 22/12/2023 20:31

Mc Donald's!

DrMadelineMaxwell · 22/12/2023 20:37

DH will make bacon butties.
I'll bake some pastries (chocolate twists, cinnamon rolls) and we'll have orange juice and coffee.
Not driving anywhere this year, so I'll also have some bucks fizz!

CatteryMe · 22/12/2023 20:39

Bacon butties for us here too although I may just have scrambled eggs and bacon on the side this year as I bought medallions and they barely fill a sandwich.

restingrichface · 22/12/2023 20:40

Cinnamon rolls, coffee and orange juice in the morning.

SomethingFun · 22/12/2023 20:42

Eggs royale. I’ve bought ready made hollandaise so it should be dead easy

TheMousePipes · 22/12/2023 20:42

Almond croissants and cinnamon lattes.

Tortycatlover · 22/12/2023 20:44

Waffles with mixed berries and Greek yoghurt.

Me too!!

Blinis are bonkers but I love them so much 😂

Amana · 22/12/2023 20:51

Cinnamon buns, from the local baker and maybe cinnamon toast. All with Buck’s Fizz.
