I bought a couple of things in the Black Friday sales - an amazon stick (I'm pretty sure we couldn't just bought a smart tv by now with the amount we've got through as they break after a year or so) and noise cancelling headphones for DD. Hope you're all getting through the lists - December is fast upon us!

Not very Christmassy but I need x 2 single duvets for guests staying this Christmas. They are travelling to us by train so can’t BYO.

@User236792 - I have switched to using generic replacement heads from Amazon rather than the OralB ones. They aren’t as good and I have had one break off, (out of lots), but they are cheap and get the job done:

They do send a confirmation email - the subject is "Thank You for Your Order!" And the sender is shopDisney.

Word of warning though - they are utter shite. We ordered a few bits for DDs birthday in October and they were over a week later than the commited delivery time and it was impossible to get any response from them. They have a phone line that I waited in a queue for 50 mins for and never spoke to anyone and only got sporadic responses on Twitter messages.

Despite that I placed a second order last week as DD asked for some bits from Santa so let's see how long it takes to turn up

My Disney store order was a nightmare. I ordered beginning of November, didn’t receive an order confirmation for a couple of days. The “estimated” delivery date past so I tried to contact them via email. I then had a “cancelled item” email, with no explanation why one of them had been cancelled as still available online. Finally received rest of my order last week, for one of my items to be missing from the package. Held on with the online chat and after goodness knows how long, they said a replacement one will be sent. Still waiting.

@IsThisIt2021 @slipperypenguin Oh goodness! Sounds like a nightmare. I've checked and definitely no confirmation but I expect their systems may just be slow due to Black Friday. To be honest I only ordered because of the 30% topcashback offer (which hasn't tracked). Luckily I paid via paypal, a bit easier to get a refund if needed and luckily has my order number on it to put in a cashback claim. Fingers crossed all goes well with your orders both!

I have had nothing buy positive experiences from shopDisney - I ordered two orders last week and received them both within 5 days. One order was split into two deliveries but other than that no issues!

I also have had a nightmare with disney store. They really are the worst I've come across. I ordered 5 items which qualified for a free bauble. I then received a cancellation for 1 item with no reason and it is still available online. Then weeks later while still waiting for delivery I get another cancellation with no explanation and the item still in stock, they then cancelled my free bauble. I emailed but no reply. I then got 3 separate deliveries and I refused delivery. Took weeks to receive the refunds. Then suddenly I got a reply to my email but it was generic information about cancelling an order, which didn't relate to my complaint about them cancelling for no reason. I won't shop with them again
