Thanks @GoatsareGOAT for the title. Luckily, she was referring to the board game peeps!

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

For anyone looking at electric toothbrushes, I can highly recommend these Sonic ones I got one about 6 months ago to replace an expensive oral B one and it's absolutely fantastic. My teeth have never been cleaner and I have ended up buying all my family one as an additional present this year. They also come with 2 years of brushes and the charge lasts for weeks.

Has anyone seen any long white pyjamas in Primark or anywhere else reasonably priced? We’re getting married next year so I’m trying to get as many bargains now as I can.

Has anyone bought an Oral B electric toothbrush from the iO range? They're so expensive so not sure they're worth it?

Initially missed the new thread alert

Yes I love my IO. I’m a dentist and used to have Sonicare, IO converted me to oral b.

My daughter wants to make her own crackers this year but we are out of ideas for a cute filler. She has little chocolate and scratch card but wanted a fun small item to add. More little traditional fillings like the little screwdrivers/puzzle etc . Any ideas please? X

I need some slippers help for DH. He likes boot style slippers but wants something a bit more sturdy, like Uggs but we don’t have the budget for £160 a pair. Can anyone suggest similar to Uggs but not as expensive? I may just try and find the budget if there is a Black Friday deal to be had though.

Have at look at Next, I have had Ugg type boots from them before and they are pretty good and very warm, not sure if they do men’s but worth a look.

The illustrated version of Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone has dropped from £27.05 to £21.76 on Amazon if anyone is looking for Harry Potter gifts https://www.amazon.co.uk/Harry-Potter-Philosophers-Stone-MinaLima/dp/1526626586/ref=sr_1_11?crid=3COBUZ343PWA7&keywords=illustrated+harry+potter+books&qid=1700294680&sprefix=Illustrated+Harry+potter%2Caps%2C234&sr=8-11

These books are just beautiful.

Marvel search and find colouring book down to £1. Looks like a good sticking filler (or school party present)

Sorry for the lack of link, I'm going out the door and haven't got time to work out how to do it but...

Galt Mega Marble Run is down to £21.97 on Amazon. Been watching it for ages at the £30 mark so this feels like a bargain!

Filterphobia · 18/11/2023 08:57

Amazon have offers on children’s fiction books. 2 for £7 and then lots of the titles are also in the buy 4 for 5% off which stacks. Includes Lottie Brooks series, Tom Fletcher titles, Tom Gates, Diary of a wimpy kid and lots of others. The discount shows up when you go through to checkout. I managed to get 4 books for £13.20 so £3.30 each.

LemonFrosting · 18/11/2023 09:07

For anyone that bought the Gruum washbag and the little bundle that you chose (it was a just pay postage item), can I ask how you are gifting it please? It looks a bit naff by itself.

paintyhands · 18/11/2023 09:10

25% off some Sol de Janeiro sets at Cult Beauty for those looking.

If you search for Christmas cracker gifts or fillers on Etsy there are lots of ideas.

PurpleSkittle · 18/11/2023 09:19

@LemonFrosting my gruum wash bag etc is going to tween DS as a starter toiletries set. There was a second Gruum pay postage only offer which I also got which is going in it too, plus a mini Wet Brush that someone posted in an earlier thread, a shower scrubbie and I still need to get a deodorant and a good pair of nail snips to complete it. I may be over-estimated the size of the bag though 😂
