I love the fact that the nn of the person who said this to me is @chocolateisavegetable - very apt!

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Hello Christmas gurus!
My 5 year old has added jewels on to his list, I’ve got him a geode kit. He remembered when he googled jewels and saw these pictures. I know some of them are just pictures but he thinks they’re real!
I am not sure where I can buy a few large ish plastic jewels? I don’t want a set of lots of little ones which seem easy to find.
thank you!
he only has a few things on his list, blue tack being his number one item! He’s just so lovely and I just want to get him some more lovely sparkly happiness 🩵

How about these or these

Maiyakat · 16/11/2023 18:27

@Karlkennedyslovechild 11 year old DD has Blackview air buds 6 (from Amazon around £22), I don't have airpods to compare the size but they fit her fine

@LaundryWoes @Kayjay2018 @Hickry @redjoker thank you all so much! I knew this thread would be helpful 😊 thank you

Ilovepugs2017 · 16/11/2023 18:41

Reebok has a good Black Friday sale and this code gives 15% off on top C3R4M535. Just got DD a pair of trainers for £11 something

HolliDays · 16/11/2023 18:44

Whoever shared the fact Claire's Accessories (who I have never bought from before) are having a 50% sale? You are unforgivable.

🫣😅

I have a vague recollection of someone asking about posca pens.
I have just seen them in ASDA at the cheapest price I have seen in a while.
If you have the ASDA rewards app it might help move towards the milestone rewards too.

It was me :) Thank you

Borris · 16/11/2023 18:53

Has anyone used printerval.com? I’ve seen a poster that dd would love but the price seems to good to be true for the larger sizes!

Callipygion · 16/11/2023 18:54

I’m looking for those chocolate stirrer things with marshmallows in. Where can I find nice ones for adults please, anyone seen any?

Puffalicious · 16/11/2023 18:57

Can someone tell me why Posca pens are so good? Have DS17 here who's a real doodler - think Keith Haring kind of doodling- are these for that kind of thing?

Bunnie007 · 16/11/2023 19:02

My husband researched a bit and got me the GHD hair dryer for my birthday in summer- it’s great so different to my old one in terms of how my hair feels

I don’t think they are worth the money, there are similar cheaper brands but I’m sure someone may disagree. We have only used them for rock painting (which they are great for) but still very over priced.

Is there any way to get more than 20% off Nike full price joggers? I’ve got blue light discount I can use at JD but wondering if there’s anything better.

Nike website have 25% off full price items from today for about a week.
Start23 is the code

I bought two T-shirts from there last month. They took a couple of weeks to arrive but I was more than happy with them when they did get here

Amazonmulu · 16/11/2023 19:18

Really not happy with the Boots wax burner delivery.

And not keen on mailing broken items back to them 🤦🏻‍♀️

You can also use them to decorate ceramics etc like mugs.

Thelifeofawife · 16/11/2023 19:22

@Amazonmulu I feel like I was the only one whose delivery arrived in tact.
I would just email them and send a photo, they may say not to return but still send a replacement

If anyone still has any unused birthday codes for The Entertainer - I was able to stack mine with the new Toybox Rewards code they emailed the other day so I got 20% off then a further 10%. I’ve not collected my order yet but the transaction went through fine.

Yes, thanks to someone on here suggesting it, I managed to stack last years unused birthday code with the 10% off they did some weeks ago AMD a blc 5% discount!

PopcornAndGummyBears · 16/11/2023 19:30

Small Running Kit required.

Not actually a Christmas gift but my 13 year old DTs have both begun to show significant Raynaud’s symptoms and as the weather has turned in the last few days they are now struggling with PE at school, as well as Cross Country and Running Club.

Urgently need to buy them gloves and base layers which they can wear under their school sports kit.

Both wear age 13-15 clothes or adults size 6 or XS. Cannot afford to spend loads but need good quality stuff which is thin and unobstructive. (IYKWIM)

frecklejuice · 16/11/2023 19:31

Someone posted over the last few days about a free gift set from Gruum, I'm not sure if it's finished but I can't remember the code!

At the moment on the website it just say free gift if you spend over £40.

@Callipygion the Oliver Boanas ones ones are nicely packaged and come in a few flavours plus a vegan one.
There was a free £5 for signing up to their emails and they do 10% student discount if you need a code.

Noneedtobemean · 16/11/2023 19:34

Please will someone pm a Blue Light or Student Beans discount code for Estella Bartlett.
DD has a bracelet on her Christmas list.
Thank you.

@PopcornAndGummyBears DD has Nike ‘winter’ thermal gym leggings. Could be a decent price with current 25% off.
