Trespass 5.99 bargain thread

Just popping this here for anyone to drop a message about their order to avoid clogging up the bargain thread. Whether they've received their bargains or had orders cancelled etc.

I've bought a coat and snow boots via amazon with delivery expected on Tuesday. No sign of a cancellation email yet!

Also got an eBay refund.

Refund here today too within half an hour of escalating to eBay.

I've asked eBay to intervene and they've said I'll be refunded. Haven't received it yet but guessing it might take a few hours.

Their positive feedback is down to 87% and dropping. I can't escalate mine until tomorrow when I will be adding to the negative feedback.

Think it's going to take them a while to recover from this.

Ebay fund all these refunds themselves as item not received

No attempt at an apology - I know it was a glitch but wow - do they have a PR department? They could have at least tried!

Hi all,
I ordered as a guest en ebay and am going round in circles. I can’t open a request as I can’t reach out to trespass to ask them for a refund - when I click on ‘your order details’ as per eBay’s instructions, it tells me the page doesnt exist. I also can’t seem to find a way of contacting customer services. If someone can help me work this through id be so grateful. Im so tired and this is now doing my head in 😭

Here's a link to ebay's guide to purchases made as a guest. If you scroll down there's a bit that says of you are having problems accessing your order details etc you can contact them and there's a button to do so.

I have just had this email from eBay.

We are contacting you as you recently purchased an item(s) from the seller “trespass” on the 22nd - 23rd of Sept.
This seller during these dates experienced a pricing issue caused by a software error.

The seller has confirmed that these incorrectly priced orders will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, which will be visible in your account shortly.
The seller has resolved the pricing issue should you wish to re-purchase these items.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I had the same email..I was apparently refunded yesterday, but haven't received the money yet...

I received the same email but I have had my £5.99 refund.

Rubbish, rubbish customer service - they could have dealt with it so much better.

@Flubadubba My refund email off ebay yesterday said it would appear in 3-5 days but it's gone in this evening. Think it depends on your bank

All the negative feedback on ebay has been removed......

Which shows just how little you can trust eBay feedback!
