Trespass 5.99 bargain thread

Just popping this here for anyone to drop a message about their order to avoid clogging up the bargain thread. Whether they've received their bargains or had orders cancelled etc.

I've bought a coat and snow boots via amazon with delivery expected on Tuesday. No sign of a cancellation email yet!

I've had a cancellation message from eBay saying 'buyer cancelled order' grrr. No I didn't. And they never did both to reply to my message.

So when I click on my "view order details" page it tells me there is an error and it doesn't exist. It also isn't under my purchases- but the money has definitely come out of my account for ebay.
I don't know whether to just wait a few more days or try and get in contact with them..
I'm still kinda hoping that the order miraculously turns up as I spent £85 as I bought some fold up chairs along with everything else!
What would you do? :)

That's because the order has been cancelled. Mine are still showing as paid and I can give feedback. (Although it would have to be marked positive as the items aren't deemed late until 7 days have passed) I did notice a lot of folk had put on 'holding feedback' which they can presumably change if their orders are cancelled.

Is it possible to ask the bank to step in at this point or would I have to wait longer? I could do with the refund if nothing is actually arriving!

Same here. I was one of the last to order before the price went back up, so I'll probably be last for cancellation too.

I’ve also had a refund message from eBay:

‘Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Buyer asked to cancel the order.
Here's a summary of your refund. You should receive it in 3-5 working days.’

Obviously, I didn’t ask to cancel and will leave feedback to say this when it is an option.

Amazon order cancelled, with email from Amazon but no communication from Trespass at all. Refund 5-7 days!

No problem at all with them cancelling the eBay orders - but every problem with them claiming in every case that the BUYER cancelled. This is not only fraudulent, but has a negative impact on the buyer's eBay account. So the buyer takes a hit just to save Trespass from having to pay the fees. Negative feedback from me - just for the fraud they've pulled on the eBay accounts.

So many people have said that too with the ebay purchases, definitely if you can report it to ebay and/or leave negative feedback as that's not on x I purchased mine on amazon and there's no way of leaving feedback unless I go and search the item again but it's down to amazon whether they publish it or not

One of my 3 (small) orders cancelled.
they have put buyer cancelled. No way to leave negative feedback.
Attempting to report them to eBay as they have abused their policies. Negative impact on me (buyer rating) and EBay (avoidance of fees). Site is currently struggling but I will continue to try.

It is fine to cancel orders you cannot fulfil but not lie to cover up your own mistakes!

There isn't any impact on a buyer's account for cancelling, as you are entitled to cancel for any reason when buying from a business seller. l appreciate it is annoying that they have given that as a reason when it is not true though.

I woke up to see I've been refunded. I would have loved the boots, but I'm not going to cause a fuss about it - I was 99% sure it was a glitch when I placed my order.
