Trespass 5.99 bargain thread

Just popping this here for anyone to drop a message about their order to avoid clogging up the bargain thread. Whether they've received their bargains or had orders cancelled etc.

I've bought a coat and snow boots via amazon with delivery expected on Tuesday. No sign of a cancellation email yet!

Still no cancellation or refund. I'm not expecting my order and not cross about that but am increasingly pissed off about their management and comms around the issue.

So, I have an odd situation. I placed an order at 5.99 for 4 coats. But then saw the additional 20% so cancelled the original order and re did the order using that. Yesterday I had a no you can't cancel the first order email and overnight a cancellation email for the second order!

I have had similar! Tried to cancel first order as sent to a precious address, they declined the cancellation but still no refund or dispatch.

Bit ironic that they're labelling cancellations as 'buyer request', but then refusing actual buyer requests to cancel! 🤣

Careful......Trespass don't list UPS as one of their carriers.

@Flubadubba I know they will get round to mine eventually but it's in limbo land now. Money gone from my account (it's only 11.98 I can wait) but won't let me cancel (I tried today to save them a job) so now got to wait for them to do it

Mine's not been cancelled either. No movement from 'paid' to anything else and I can't cancel it at my end which is annoying. My bank have advised I have to wait a bit longer before they can do anything which is equally unhelpful.

Attached is from chat with customer service. Might be worth a few more folk doing the same. Don't mind a cancellation due to an error but lying is not right. Really put me off trespass now.

One of my eBay orders has been cancelled and the other hasn't. It's only a gilet for my dad as I forgot it on my first order. I'm assuming it's not coming, but I can't cancel, can't speed it up...Would quite like my money back now 😡

I’d put through three eBay orders and they were all cancelled yesterday evening. Like others I don’t blame them for not fulfilling orders if it was a glitch. I am disgruntled that they are blaming buyers on eBay, and that it took them over 4 days to refund and start the process of sending me back my money.

My eBay orders are still showing as 'paid' and it's been 6 days now. Like others I half expected a cancellation anyway but I'm not impressed with the lack of communication and keeping my money for nearly a week. If they're going to cancel I need to find new winter boots & thermals elsewhere!

Annoyingly it was something else from eBay that I didn't realise was coming from an eBay store 😡. Still got the email from Wednesday saying the Trespass order is being delivered within 3 days.

Unfortunately it’s clear from the major threads on HUKD that not one single item has been received. Trespass cancelled most, if not all, of the Amazon orders. They started off by cancelling the eBay orders, claiming that the buyers cancelled, but now seem to be just sitting on the money expecting buyers to cancel themselves. No explanations, no apologies and a large unreturned cash pile.

Shabby treatment by Trespass all round, and as soon as the 7 days is up for negative feedback to be left, we’ll be adding ours.

That's all well and good but I bought the goods as a guest, not using my account, so have no way of cancelling as I can't even access the orders. Just says page not found when you click on the order confirmation email. Going to have to open up a dispute I reckon. Ballache.
