Has anyone seen any bargainous Polly Pockets?

Also does anyone know if it’s possible to buy spare ‘Pollys’? We keep losing the little people that’s sent with them, I’ve had a look on eBay but it’s flooded with people selling vintage ones for such huge prices it would probably be cheaper to just buy a new set, but it just seems so wasteful when all i want is the little person, and she wants a new style one, not a vintage one anyway

Ewock · 27/09/2023 08:58

If you join the Happy Puzzle company mailing list they automatically link you to their jigsaw club. I had this email which says they release new jigsaws every two weeks. I've just purchased this for my sister it's £20.

@IDontDrinkTea Amazon often have deals on PP if you're not too fussy about which ones.

Smyths have the flamingo one for £12.49 and Argos (I think it's there) have the big heart back pack one for £20 - I paid £40 for this a while ago and that was a bargain as rrp was £50!

There is a PP advent calendar that includes little people and a dog/ baby/ other bits. Mine loved that the year they had the big PP's as it all went together.

No use as a Christmas present but if anyone has a taylor swift fan they are showing the tour show in Cinemas on the weekend of 13-15th October.

I've just booked for me and dd2..

Anyone seen a cheap taylor swift top anywhere?!

Nonplusultra · 27/09/2023 10:18

I’m here dithering about the valnette diffusers. Did anyone order the gift bags? I’m not sure if they don’t look a little too big for a single diffuser. Are the diffusers themselves boxed or loose?

And did anyone order their chocolate? I might need to eat breakfast before trying to shop for bargains!!!

Poundland quite often have them in blind bags. They come with a ring though

The diffusers arrived boxed and they smell amazing, just as good as Neom if not better, I’d really recommend them 😊

@CamdenLurker thanks I think I’ll go for it

I have a cheap version of the lumie clocks that start glowing 30 mins before the alarm. They also have the option of a get darker slowly time at night which could work well for a night light of sorts.

i've had mine for five years and love it, and see they now offer children friendly versions?

Something like this?

send help, I can’t stop buying beauty boxes. Just got the latest Bridal beauty one which is £30, WELCOMEBACK takes off most of the postage cost

I’m kicking myself for not ordering more Glossybox mystery boxes when they were £5 (and despite ordering 4, I missed the multi buy offer where you could get slightly cheaper!)

I did get a bonus freebie though as they accidentally sent a mystery box instead of one of the more expensive ones I’d ordered (which they have now sent to me)

OnionBag · 27/09/2023 10:45

@Famousthehero do you know what will be included in the festival edit? Thanks

Famousthehero · 27/09/2023 10:53

The Valentte diffuser offer is back! But only for another 24hrs. Buy one get one free and if order is £40 or over you get another free diffuser with code FREEDIFFUSER. I’ve just got 5 diffusers for £40 & free p&p! Choose each diffuser you want for the BOGOF (they add the free extra one automatically to your basket) once you’re done with that add the code to the coupon box and a new window pops asking you to choose the scent for your free diffuser.

Thanks so much for this! I've sorted several gifts with this. Can't wait to get them

Love the fact it's a small business who manufacture and hand make in the UK too

I haven't ordered this year, but I bought the festival edit last time it was on when it was £25. I got the usual collagen supplements, candy kittens, mini lipstick, 5 perfume samples, false nails, pixi toner, tan luxe superglow tanning drops and lots of other bits. I was able to keep some for myself and make up a beauty advent for DD with the rest.

I notice this year says it includes Charoltte Tilbury. I got a CT pillow talk lip gloss in my last mystery box so I'd put money on that being in it.
