Thanks @snowmanshoes for the title!

Hello everyone, so nice to see you all. Pull up a chair, have a mince pie and a peppermint latte and share your Christmas bargains and ideas. In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

A massive thank you to those who have contributed and/or run the prequel threads this year. I can't believe it's another year! I started these when DD was a baby and she's just gone into Year 8!

Sorry- could anyone point me in the direction of the Naked Marshmallow discount link please- I cannot find it in the thread 🙌🏻

HeyBearKeepsMeSane · 12/09/2023 19:25

@Crazykevin sorry the naked marshmallow offer was a sale which ended last week!

Squ1ggle · 12/09/2023 19:29

I had a dispatch email from Fossil so I think you might have just been a bit unlucky @Justhereforthechristmasthreads unfortunately 😞

loolid · 12/09/2023 19:41

For those missing the body shop smells, Fabulosa make a dewberry, white musk and peach smelling disinfectant. Suppose you could always dab a bit behind your earsSmile

Topbird29 · 12/09/2023 19:55

@RatatatCat - have got good paper in m & s and next last couple of years - I tend to get the 10m rolls, they are sometimes wider too and, and usually 3 for 2
Also had good ones from co op too.

All non flimsy, and sometimes double sides.too.

Thank you for the Gruum offer, tween DD will be so pleased.

hby9628 · 12/09/2023 20:25

Thanks for the Grumm tip off. Ordered for my tween DD but I've added the hydrating facial spray too which brought the total to £5.95. Still decent. Might save it for her feb birthday depending on how much ive got her for Xmas but a great deal.

DogsAreAGirlsBestFriend · 12/09/2023 20:29

Not a bargain but Martin Lewis has some Christmas tips in case this helps anyone:

shitafrick · 12/09/2023 21:49

I'd like another set actually so may sign up with my husbands details and order again.

Barbiefan · 12/09/2023 22:03

Does anyone know of any vouchers to make the marvel Lego advent calendar a bit cheaper? £30 is a lot!

Barbiefan · 12/09/2023 22:03

My DD (9) wants a camera that prints out. Which one is good for this age? Xx

My 10 and 8 year olds each have the Photo Creator Instant Camera and both love them and use them lots. They only print black and white pictures but they are happy with them and you can add fun effects. You can personalise the cameras with stickers which come in the set. They work out good value for money because they don’t need ink and you get a few spare rolls in the box, which last for ages. I looked at colour cameras but the refills are very expensive and not worth it at their ages I don’t think.

@whoknows1230 that. Is really helpful to know thank you!

I think I may re think his birthday gift !

I think he may have some Grumm products on the way though 😂!

Famousthehero · 13/09/2023 00:13

Some intriguing things in the Glossybox outlet including mystery boxes for £5 and a nice looking Grazia winter box for £30

I’m tempted by the £5 ones; think the bridal beauty co was a gateway box for me…

Thank you @Famousthehero Just bought my nieces and brothers gifts, and maybe something for myself. :D

dizzygirl1 · 13/09/2023 06:18

Very tempted by the mystery boxes and then mens grooming box for DS14.

snowmanshoes · 13/09/2023 06:22

Ooh thanks for the glossy box link…
I bought a couple of boxes last year when I got my dd the advent calendar and was pleased at full price so I’ve ordered a couple of them (one for each dd) so thank you!
