Where on earth can I get Prime drink at?

My 13 year old hasn't really asked for anything much for Christmas but he wrote a letter to keep his little sister happy. He puts clothes, headphones and some sort of Prime energy drink him and has mates are all mad for. He's not allowed energy drinks and he knows this but I thought I'd buy him one bottle just for fun, and to keep the magic alive for the little one (she would know that I would NEVER buy him that so it keeps Santa alive). However the only place I can get the stuff at is Amazon at 28.99 a bottle!!!!! What is this stuff and why is it so popular? And where can it be bought at a normal price?

Apparently Asda stock it, though the shelves are always empty when I go (labels are there and signs to say they limit the numbers to 3 per customer)...both my DS's have been asking for it for months

I’m in America at the moment and got all 4 flavours for 30 dollars .. nearly died when my kids said they wanted spent there holiday money on that shit !

It's a mega popular thing with teenagers - something to do with you tubers like ksi. I think it's only stocked in Asda but you would have to be lucky to find some!

Its a drink that was 'created' by a couple of YouTubers - young lads seems to be going nuts for it. I think you will struggle to get hold of it tbh, there was footage of kids queuing with their parents outside Asda waiting for it to open so they could get their hands on a bottle.

Fucking insanity to be honest, but that's the power of these 'influencers' I guess.

You have to go early and ask at the customer services counter to get them at my local Asda

Asda stock it but finding it will be a pain. You will save time just paying extra and getting it from eBay.

I have my parents, brother, SIL, partner and a few friends looking for me.

Check with your local Asda when they put the stock out, it's off the shelves within minutes. It's not the red bull kind of energy drink more like lucozade I guess

My brothers Asda put it out at 3am and even then they say it’s gone by 3.30 most of the time as someone posts on fb and then it’s gone.

There is always a queue of teenagers at my local Asda first thing in the morning trying to get hold of it! They don’t put it on the shelves, you have to queue at customer services to get served.
Our enterprising 16yo DS bought a load online when they were just starting to become popular at quite a low price and made a massive profit. He’s a bit of a Delboy 🤣

I doubt you will get it on delivery but you could try.

My local Asda opens at 6am: I've been told by a store worker to get there when it opens, as it disappears immediately. I know someone whose gone early for it: she said she had to queue from around 5:30 in order to get some.

I took a dress back to Asda and I commented how busy it was the lovely checkout lady was telling me it's because of this drink Calles prime. Apparently Sunday at 10 am is the key time to go!!

I'd go and ask at Asda and buy him 3! He'll be very happy no doubt

My sister was on a work trip to the US last week and I asked her, she had no luck either!

It’s not exactly an energy drink. It’s water, coconut water, electrolytes, zinc, anti oxidants, vitamins and minerals and has no artificial flavourings etc. Best trying your local Asda

DS12 has been after this for a few weeks now. i've been to ASDA twice for it and never been in stock. Another young boy (similar age to DS) was also hanging around the shelf and he said that the stock is going as soon as it hits the shelf.

i'm tempted to go to the Emirates stadium for some.
