we bought Bakugen last Christmas and they haven't been played with other than attempts on Christmas day. The starter kit doesn't seem to be enough to make the game fun and buying more just makes it very expensive - I had assumed you could play the game without keep investing. The little balls are quite clever in how they work but some are very fiddly to get back in again.
