It's early September and we're already on thread 3 - wonder how many threads we'll get to this year! Any bets? Mine is 29!

If you have a referral link for a website, do post it on this thread

See post 2 for some (hopefully) useful links.

I'm just pack from Sainsbury's and they had loads of toy deals

Encanto Madriel house Lego set for £33
Lego friends pizzeria for £8
Buzz light-year huge spaceship and figure for just under £30
Little live pet turtles for under £7
Character Weebles for £3

And quite a few others

I think if you are gifting them then yes they do need the label on really.

I wouldn’t gift anything without labels attached personally.

I'm the OP of the Ebay Turtle Doves gloves.

Tbh, I didn't think that at £7ish a pair (when they were clearly described as seconds) they would be anywhere near the same as a perfect pair that could be gifted, but would cost thirty quid or so.

I never said I’d expect them to be the same as a £30 pair. I do expect them to fit an adults hand though.

@MadeForThis Fleurtations is a reputable Jellycat stockist as is One More Bear.

ChristmasCwtch · 05/09/2022 21:33

@UrbanMage my calves are big, shoe size 5. I wear the Joules half wellies. I bought a size 6 and they’re perfect. I use welly liners to make them toasty

Snowdropsarelovely · 05/09/2022 22:29

If anyone bought turtle doves gloves I'd be interested in buying some – not bothered about a mark on the label as they are for me! Sadly I missed out on the offers

Has anyone seen any offers on velvetisers? I know last year I got a really good deal on one, and a friend wants one for a wedding present !

Hi all - I've been on this thread every year but this is me back for this year.

I think it might just be for today so 45 mins to go but the Nike app has 25% off when you buy 2+ items. It doesn't include everything but does include sale too.

thaegumathteth · 05/09/2022 23:15

Also the outlet section of shop Disney has small plushes reduced

Looking for clothes to fit tiny treasures dolls, any ideas?

I think preemie should?

Disneyland2022 · 06/09/2022 02:37

Just place marking!!

sorryiasked · 06/09/2022 06:12

@paintyhands and anyone else new to Aliexpress - I forgot to say that quite often a seller has multiple options available which aren't obvious from the initial image. If you click thru and then select a "colour" you'll be able to see all of the photos at a decent size. See screenshots below

Asda George has discounted playmobil and Sylvianian families online.
Not sure if bargains but I've seen people chat about these toys so hope it helps someone!

psuedocream3 · 06/09/2022 08:03

@katmarie There's one in the top 10 hot toys for Christmas list at John Lewis - I’m a Stylist Styling Head Ella at £40 but it's as 'coming soon' on their website

psuedocream3 · 06/09/2022 08:11

@katmarie pressed post too soon, sounds like she comes with alot of accessories - 'She comes complete with face gems, different wigs and so much more so that children can really get imaginative with her'

Agreed. I also received a tiny pair - I have narrow wrists and big hands and they are skin tight on me. The second pair looked perfect but are cream!

The professional but cheap ones like above are good for kids as you can wash their hair.

OutofControl3 · 06/09/2022 09:24
