@sycamorescrumptious for my 6yo I bought Maps & Activities by Sam Smith and also his Dinosaur Mazes - he does lovely activity books! Also Kirsteen Robson books (like a PP), we have Maze Puzzles which was a hit alternatively Poundland had some Christmas ones for (I think) £3 each the other day.

I was disappointed by the Hotel Chocolat 'deals' too - I did place an order but only because MIL likes their biscuits and I had the £5 off voucher - but last year was much better.

Aldi has some Specialbuys reduced online (including a drill reduced from £20 to, er, £19.99 ) including a Disney advent book, if anyone wants to get organised for next year!

Anywhere apart from Amazon offering small gift bags? I like the little Hessian ones but don't like Amazon!

Ikea does a 25 piece Christmas gift bag multipack for £9.99 Not sure how small you want them and I didn't see any hessian bags. Maybe look on Etsy for those.

Would anyone have one of the £10 off Joules vouchers they won't be using please? I have had a top in my basket for ages trying to justify buying it but keep abandoning it and buying presents instead!

Also, did anyone elseorder the Look Fantastic mystery boxes on Black Friday? I ordered 3 and one was delivered last Friday and the other two still haven't been dispatched yet. Really hoping they are sent soon as I was hoping to gift at least 2 of them.

Yes all mine have arrived. Ordered 3 boxes, one from each option. Got duplicate boxes though. And one had 2 items missing compared to the other. The full box was really nice though! I also ordered a “bundle” and received 2 of exactly the same item 🤷‍♀️

Have emailed back and forth to either have a new box or the missing bits sent out.

Also ordered a jumbo curler and have had several emails saying it is delayed.

My Mum has asked 'nice' shower gel. Considering she usually treats herself to Lidl's finest offerings, the options for an upgrade are vast!
She's 70, likes vanilla-y, or floral scents. Any brand or product recommendations, especially if a bargain, would be much appreciated.

Spend I would recommend l'occitane as I absolutely love pretty smelling shower gel and theirs is luxurious, if you want to save you can get a 750ml Dove for about £3.50/£4 in Home Bargains which tbh is easily equally as nice and doesnt piss off my skin

I’m also feeling disappointed that hotel chocolate haven’t done any good offers this year in their Christmas hampers, last year I got one for almost half price by stacking codes.

Aldi do sell some small boxes of hotel chocolate look a likes for £5 which are quite nice, last year they did a big £10 box for Black Friday but not this year. I seem to have a lack of nice chocolates this year.
