Thanks @TimeForTheChristmasTree for the title, although so many options to pick for this one!

Do we think we've seen the last of any Hotel Choc offers. Rather regretting not getting the BF discount now. Buyers remorse for not snapping it up!

ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy · 06/12/2021 20:48

@Puffalicious, I've got a £5 off £50, will that do?

gracelessladyhottramp · 06/12/2021 20:52

A few lightening deal lottie dolls and the the lottie doll stable is down to £39.99 on Amazon.

dizzygirl1 · 06/12/2021 21:07

Thank you whoever said about the 2 for £10 on calendars at amazon. As whsmith had barely any inshore and no 50% off, came home decided what else to buy and the calendar is oos so I've gone with amazon!

dizzygirl1 · 06/12/2021 21:08

@waynebruce snap... last year they had a lot better offers... 😭 need to find some lindt offers instead for Christmas day for me

VividImaginationAgain · 06/12/2021 21:12

I don’t suppose anyone knows any discounts for the Google merchandise store? Ds3 (15) has just sent me a link for some bits he would like and the postage is crippling!

I was just chatting with ddog and, from his elevated position on dh’s favourite chair, he tells me he would love one (or two) the B & M throws. I will have to try some real life shopping.

I’m almost done now, mostly stocking fillers and foods gifts left to get.

Two Matalan vouchers. Expire on the 8th - in store or online.

And me @dizzygirl1 @WayneBruce - let me know if you see any good boxes chocolate offers, normally go for M&S but wasn't very impressed by their selection today, only really liked the light up choc box but didn't fancy paying £20 a box.

Yes! At least it wasn't just me Grin

Even the rubbish BF offer would be better than full price. Boo.

If anyone happens to be thinking of indulging themselves this Christmas, there are some amazing deals on laser hair removal at the Therapie chain of clinics. It just popped into my mind to recommend this as I’ve just finished my own course of treatments tonight and I’m now lovely and smooth 😊. Best thing I’ve ever done and it was really reasonable. Currently you can buy 6 sessions of any bikini and underarm for about £200 or 10 sessions for less than £300. That’s great when you consider it’s less than buying an IPL machine yourself and this is medical grade laser. I will soon be treating myself to getting my legs done 🤩

I’ll pop my referral link on the bargains thread as that will get you an extra £30 of free laser if you spend over £200.

Would anyone have one of the £10 off Joules vouchers they won't be using please? I have had a top in my basket for ages trying to justify buying it but keep abandoning it and buying presents instead!

Also, did anyone elseorder the Look Fantastic mystery boxes on Black Friday? I ordered 3 and one was delivered last Friday and the other two still haven't been dispatched yet. Really hoping they are sent soon as I was hoping to gift at least 2 of them.

TheCrow · 06/12/2021 21:48

After singing Home Bargains' praises earlier, I'm changing my tune! Just trying to wrap DDs birthday presents with their wrapping paper, it's a really weird rough texture and the cellotape won't stick to it at all! 😡 They keep popping open, I'm not at all impressed!

Puffalicious · 06/12/2021 21:57

That would be brilliant. I'll PM you.

I've put a 20% off on the referrals thread. Would that do?

I was in Aldi tonight and theirs look lovely- definitely channelling Hotel Chocolat. They had a Caramel Tasting selection for under a fiver and a very posh looking box of chocs for under a tenner. Alternatively TK Maxx ate brilliant for chocs.

Can anyone recommend an activity book for a nearly 6 year old please? He loves mazes, spot the differences etc. I wanted to get him an usborne young puzzle book but they seem to be discontinued and only available second hand Sad (not much good for a sticker book Grin)

applepinkierainbow · 06/12/2021 22:30

My 6 year old DD has asked for a yo-yo - it's the only thing she wants. It seemed an easy request but there are so many types! Is there an easy one that she might have some success with?

PeppaPigWorld · 06/12/2021 22:32

The Usbourne travel activity books are great. I suppose it might seem a bit odd if you're not planning on travelling anywhere(!) but I do remember the books being really good and with a great variety of activities.

TableSetting · 06/12/2021 22:35

@Vickles20 thank you - yoga mat is perfect.

This is really good fun but maybe a little old for him.

Was it the usborne puzzle adventures you wanted? They're absolutely brilliant & don't have stickers. We have a large collection which we're all second hand. I think the junior/young version was more recent so might still be in print

This is a great maze book & beautiful too

Anywhere apart from Amazon offering small gift bags?
I like the little Hessian ones but don't like Amazon!

Whyisitsodifficult · 06/12/2021 22:44

My 8 year old has asked for a camera. Her friend has one of those Instax Polaroid type ones. I’m reluctant to get one of those as feel she’ll just take random photos which will probably be out of focus and print them all off! Are they worth it or would a cheaper digital camera be better? Advice welcome!

The £22 bottles of drink are £15.99 in Morrison’s.

Try eBay.

@ThatIsHowTheLightGetsIn

Almost done and so grateful to these threads and the confidence of starting early otherwise I would buy all kinds of rubbish in a panic.

Can someone please remind me of the site for football t shirts, not the full strip football4u or whatever it was, the more niche Spurs 1974 away logo on a t shirt sort of thing thank you

@ThatIsHowTheLightGetsIn think you might want ArtofFootball
