Have you got your tree up?

I usually do mine the first weekend of December but I'm feeling particularly festive this year plus my DD5 is desperate to put it up.
Who's got theirs up already?

I always do mine on Dec 1st if that falls on a weekend, if not, then it goes up the weekend before.

Not yet, we will be putting it up on Sunday… although we do have lights on in our back garden

We usually put ours up a week before Christmas but will be two weeks before this year as a) we're going away the week before and b) dh's customer has kindly bought us a tree which he needs to collect from her next week. I will put the window lights and a few festive items out on the 1st December though.

Yes, yes I do. We have never had the tree up this early but we had a fuck it moment

And yes 'it's November' sigh - it makes no odds to anyone of my tree is up. I love Christmas, I don't get fed up of it and it's in my house not any of you humbuggers

No, we're painting the kid's rooms this weekend and then we'll put up the Christmas decorations next weekend.

Usually put it up the first Saturday in December, but this year we are busy the first 2 weekends. So for the first time ever it will be going up in November.

Mine is up. In the loft for another few weeks. Extracting cats from the tree is annoying so it goes up as late as possible.

No, we will either get a real one, then it won't go up til just before Christmas, or a new fake one, but still wouldn't put it up until December, need to have a good clean and tidy first.

I usually don’t bother until at least the first weekend in December, sometimes later, but I’m putting it up this weekend instead this year. There’s a lights and illuminations ceremony thing where I live but I’m too anxious of crowds and can’t stand for ages so figured I’d get into the spirit and do a family version instead!

Mince pies, mulled wine and some yummy warm food… Christmas tunes on and decorating the lounge :)

We have plans to go cut ours down the first weekend in December. But we are doing a Christmas wreath workshop on the 1st so will hang that up beforehand. Can't do it in November- I'd be sick of it by Christmas (plus I have two new kittens and I'm already stressed about them and the tree)!!

Ours usually goes up the 1st Saturday in Dec. But DS has got a birthday party that day so may sneak it up a couple of days earlier.
