Most of my JL made it to my local depot then was recalled and I had an email saying they had cancelled my order due to using a faulty code. No refund though!

@WeeFae Same here didn't order much either, but no cancellation email, just no contact from them at all. I'm going to contact them today for the refund, hopefully they'll action it quickly so I don't have to do a cashback claim through my credit card. I actually wanted to place an order with them for my husbands gift, but it's put me off with the lack of communication.

I've forgotten who asked about the Kiddizoom cameras 🙈 this is the one we have for DD and the one I'm planning to buy for my nephew. It takes pictures, has various filters and frames you can apply. I'm not too sure on the other models - one is a video camera I believe, like a GoPro type thing, and i think one is a newer version of this one but I don't know what the differences are.

I emailed them to query. They just replied, 'I'm concerned you've received an email that your order was cancelled due to the discount error. I've checked order number X, this was not cancelled and will be delivered on Monday 22nd November'

Not sure why today they're telling me it will be delivered yesterday - it has been cancelled and it wasn't delivered..
