Question for those of us who bought the Lancome set with the gift box... the product I bought to qualify (the Monsieur Big Mascara) is genuinely dreadful - huge clumps of mascara, impossible to apply neatly.

What do I do? I assume I can return the product as faulty/substandard, but what about all the lovely freebies that came with it? Advice greatly appreciated!

Can I ask whats the difference with the kiddizoom cameras please as there seems to be a few models?

@OneMorePieceofCheese I think your mascara might be faulty, I used it for going out last night and loved it. It’s definitely a going out one not an every day one though. Perhaps yours has been heated or frozen or something in transit that’s made it too gloopy?

I’m not certain but I think they might want or be able to ask for the freebie back if you only bought one item, best speak to their customer services perhaps?

About the Joanie dresses… do they wash well? Would I get away without ironing them? I try to only buy clothes I don’t need to iron

Monsieur Big is like that. It reminds me of Benefit They're Real. Hideous, gloopy, clumpy. Halfway down your face in an hour. I think though that as a high end company, they'd probably replace it, if you think it's faultily gloopy (if you see what I mean) but probably only with another one. Worth a try though.

Is it likely kindles will be reduced any further on Amazon or is that is at the best black Friday price ?

@PinkDaydreams they do this!! I've noticed with the last few discount days as I was after some DR martens. Always out of stock and then as soon as the discount is finished they are back.

I only got 17% at ASOS, I would love a green teddy coat but can’t afford full price so it shall have to wait. Half price would have been amazing.

I was going to have a day not spending but have already bought the green and blacks chocolates as I needed something to add to a gift.

Ticket to ride junior is good for 6 year olds it last about 20 min and then you can move on to the grown up one.
Kiddie zooms I have got my son one that prints...its black and white so quality not great but he will be happy...you can also decide if you want to print of not.

Oh I’m a complete slattern and don’t even own an iron, so yes never had a problem! Have never bought one of their blouse style ones though so can’t comment on all of them.

I feel like I should add that I don’t work for Joanie at this point 😅 I just really love the brand
