I’ve bought before and loved the blueberry & ginger, ginger & yuzu (thought strawberry was meh). They are in glass amber bottles and make a great gift for your fermented foodie fans.

I bought the Amazon version of the Theragun for my husband last year (he is tight and would have been cross with me spending Theragun money!) and it's been a real hit. He uses it at least every week and given we are not elite athletes it seems to do a good job easing muscle soreness

Also anyone looking at Gym Shark sale I have had some leggings from there and love them. They stay up and fit better than other brands who don't discount so heavily in sales.
