Thread 21 - the one where no neom box is complete without a handbrake

Hope you all find me ok

@EightToSixer clearly knows something I don’t about neom boxes 🤣.

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Vodafone codes thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Ahh thanks for the explanation @RJnomore1 that makes me feel a little less incompetent Grin agree that a thank you for the code would be polite & save anyone else the time/confusion!

@Isabellabasil I tried to use the code where this links to (I can't get the direct ulr for some reason)
hotukdeals & with a code you get the 3 bags for £3 postage (£12 with no code)
The codes are generated for Voda phone account holders.

RJnomore1 · 19/11/2021 23:44

I had the same this morning until I found an unused one. If the codes unused it just takes it right off the amount you see it easily

Tinysnickers · 19/11/2021 23:53

@vikingnorthutsire ooh, thanks!
I'm after mens jumpers, which one will depend on prices. But probably one cotton and one wool.

thaegumathteth · 19/11/2021 23:56

Can't believe I've missed most of the last thread and a lot of this one too - haven't been well and have been basically out of it on painkillers for a couple of days!

Thanks for the thread even though it's not very new anymore!!

Sorry if repeating but our aldi had the squishmallow Christmas ones in today and next Sunday (28th) they are getting giant ones in for £13.99

InDreamland · 19/11/2021 23:56

Little Tikes Ladybug Cozy Coupe on Amazon, was £59.99 down to £41.99 for black Friday, deal ends in 3 days.

Oscar1234 · 20/11/2021 05:47

Does anyone have a Lakeland code please, I have one that starts 1st December, but need to buy a hamper for a friend I’m seeing next week?
I’ll post mine, thanks

cheeseandwine2019 · 20/11/2021 06:22

If anyone has a popcorn code I would be super grateful if you could PM me!! Thanks in advance 😊😊

Hive mind help required! My other half wants a travel mug, has had a lovingly made photo personalised one for the past year which he's gone and ruined by shoving it in the dishwasher...so any recommendations for a dishwasher safe travel mug costing less than £20? Tesco have a couple of contigo ones on Clubcard offers (see pic) but it seems only the lids are dishwasher safe unless it's the stainless steel version which isn't on the offer!

Laney79 · 20/11/2021 06:36

Argh photo not loading! Try again...

Bodum travel mugs are sturdy and go in the dishwasher.

This thread is the first thing I look at in the morning Blush

greencatblue · 20/11/2021 06:55

Can anyone give some feedback on (electronic) essential oil diffusers please.

I've never had one, but now I have a Neom obsession I am thinking I would like one.
Is the Neom one particularly good? Or can anyone recommend one (bonus points if it's bargainous). Thanks :)

greencatblue · 20/11/2021 06:56

@Notlongnow1

Clinique have some great deals for Black Friday including The jumbo moisturiser or gel sets at half price and lots of other discounted sets. Free full-size product (from a selection) with a £55+ spend. Wording is a bit ominous and I initially read it that they took an extra 20% off at till too. They don't! But for £55.20 I got a jumbo gel set, an all about eyes gift set and a free 7 day scrub which are worth nearly £115 so very happy with that Smile
The only bad thing about this thread is when you thought you'd found the bargain but you should have waited longer Grinamazing deal, I'm going to go and cry now
Allhallowseve · 20/11/2021 07:08

Hi all wise mumsnetters I am still looking for a console for my ds(7) . I am now swaying towards a Nintendo switch (I have ds(5) also - perhaps they can play together . I am torn to be honest has any one got a 7 year old with a console what is best Xbox / PlayStation/ Nintendo switch - he really wants to play fifa. I'm hoping to make a decision by Black Friday !!

I'm a big fan of Circular & Co travel cups. Totally leak proof and dishwasher safe. I've had mine for 3 years and it's still going strong. I got mine from JL (£18) but might be cheaper elsewhere.

Oliver Bonas has up to 40% off certain lines when you sign up/sign in. Includes this diffuser for £27 those who were on the look out for one

If anyone needs a toniebox Vodafone code thing, I have one. I had no idea Vodafone did rewards but I logged in today and there it was

DollyPartBaked · 20/11/2021 07:34

Jolly Christmas Postman is £7 on Amazon which is a really good deal. Does anyone think it would be suitable for a 7 year old? My children are still small and we already have it.

SapereAude · 20/11/2021 07:38

A heads up if anyone is waiting for Museum Collection stuff- I ordered over a month ago. Didn't hear anything but am in Italy so waited. Finally emailed them the other day (they replied after 3 days) and my £200 worth of stuff hasn't even been packaged yet. The reply says first of all the delay is due to their despatch system changes, but then that it will be despatched asap.
Pretty poor service for such lovely things.

Welcometothejingles · 20/11/2021 07:43

BarryBob77 I would buy her a gift for herself rather than a gift that would benefit someone else iyswim. It's a lovely idea to get her the craft items but ultimately it'll be the kids who'll benefit from it. I'd get her something luxurious that she can enjoy for herself. Particularly as she's childminding over the Christmas holidays so a treat solely for her would be nice.
