What are you buying your DC this year?

This is usually my favourite thread to read through and steal ideas from and I haven’t spotted one yet (apologies if I’ve missed it!)
This year I am struggling tbh, I feel like my children have or have had every toy imaginable and spend most of their time outside or on screens - so not much to buy on that front!

DS1 aged 16 is getting cash for his main present, a chocolate XBox controller, a back scratcher, touch screen gloves, slightly posh shower gel, a high tech skipping rope to help keep fit, a warhammer keyring, a cool matte black chilly water bottle, and sweets.

DS2 aged 9 is getting a kindle with a stylus and digital drawing app, Beano and dandy annuals, Wreck This Journal, a kids’ Dracula graphic novel, some amazing arty fineliners, Aqua Gelz, a couple of action figures, a Beyblade game for his DS, choc and sweets, sellotape, a stapler, blue tack and batteries, and a can of pop as he is never usually allowed it.

DS3 aged 7 is getting Teen Titans and D.C. Superhero Girls books, a Wreck This Journal, D.C. Superhero Girls dolls, Maleficent doll, a showgirl headdress (this is all stuff he’s asked for), that Goat Cheese Taco Cat Pizza card game, an I spy book of vehicles for the car, choc and sweets. No pop as he hates it!

DM has bought them tickets to see a pantomime and MIL has bought the two younger ones a punchbag between them as they do kickboxing.

Croatia, if you have heard for it. We’re very small. Not like Vatican, but still .
As an ex communist country I think we’re mix of everything. Even in communism we had Santa, but he would bring presents on New Year’s Day. Christmas is very big in my country, but people don’t buy that much gifts.

Let’s just say, among my friend I’m considered as that one who is crazy for Christmas and spoils her kids. I’m the only one who is into Santa, most of the others don’t bother that much.

But I love Christmas on Mumsnet and I have started to think about having christmas first box.
