Anyone waiting for an Oodie?

Mine are supposed to be dispatched today but I'm getting a little twitchy looking at the last couple of weeks' Trustpilot reviews - lots of orders not arriving, customer service not responding...

They're not going to get here by Christmas, are they?

I think some are being dispatched without dispatch emails being sent. This happened to me and mine actually arrived early. My friend had one missing and the problem was resolved swiftly so hopefully it will be fine.

Yes. I queried mine the other week, they emailed me to say it was being sent out then emailed again today to say it's running a little late but should be fine. Their customer service did reply to me and were very nice. Keeping my fingers crossed

Ordered mine 7th October, when order went through it said it was due to be despatched 5th Dec, received it 7th Dec.

You reminded me I ordered mine 8 Oct, dispatch was for 8 and 15 Dec. I’ve just dropped them an email to see if they’re near to dispatching....

Mine was supposed to be here by the 20th and arrived early 2 days ago. I ordered back in November.

I received an email today apologising for miscommunication with their distribution centre.
They were due today.
Fingers crossed we all get them in time.

Mine was due a few days ago, I emailed as I haven’t heard anything and today I received two quite oddly worded emails saying they’ve had issues with their distribution centre and the order would be dispatched shortly. It hasn’t reassured me.

I ordered mine 4th of October. It was down for despatch eighth of December

I queried having no communication since they took my money received an email to say some customers had been dispatched but their tracking system hadn't caught up

Customer service were exceptionally polite it arrived the day after and they even emailed me the day after it had arrived to check it had got to us x
The oodies themselves are amazing I think their communication is struggling to keep up with demand

I didn’t get a dispatch email, but mine actually arrived two days before I had told it was being dispatched

I ordered in September, due dispatch 8th Oct.....end Oct still no Oodie!
Customer services kept me updated once I emailed and appeared issue was the penguin Oodie I ordered.
They refunded me 50% and I changed to a koala Oodie and they arrived soon after.

I ordered one in October, due to be dispatched about a week ago: radio silence but then when I sent a chasing email I've received a flurry of emails back: one from CS which was very apologetic and two from the COO which contradicted each other on dispatch dates, referred to an email I hadn't received, and clearly trying to shift the blame rather than own the issues. They all claimed to be confident that they would arrive in time for Christmas, but, well, we'll see. My sense is that they've had a bumper year and their logistics haven't quite kept track... They may well have been let down by a dispatch team, but it would be nice if they could 'own' it...

I was waiting on the avocado oodie, dispatch date was supposed to be 25th November but it arrived on 25th November, no problems here.

Mine was due to despatch on 8th Dec, I had no contact by the 10th so emailed, then tracking email came on the 12th and they were delivered on the 13th. Finally got an email back from customer services today apologising and saying that they checked and it had now been delivered. No problems with the actual delivery, it was a courier who came but I can’t think who it was now, there have been a lot of deliveries recently.
I agree that they probably were inundated. A lot of the styles online don’t ship until late January now.

I love mine but when dh turns the heating off it comes, got the reindeer for Christmas and purple one for after, one to mum also delivered no problem my friends as well is on way. Trying not to buy the bunnie one for spring
